Mark was an excellent plumbing technician. My main focus was creating more open space around the plumbing and gas lines. Mark made this his focus in addition to making sure installation was done correctly and addressed all safety concerns. I could not be more pleased with the service and solution I received with this company. Call out to Alfredo who did the work. The well water to my commercial space is light orange with tons of iron, including tiny chunks that consistently clog up the flush valve(s) on my toilet. Another company came up with an over-engineered solution and wanted to charge me 3x more than what I ended up spending with After Hours. Alfredo and team came up with a cost-effective solution to filter out most of the particles and to use a type of flush valve that was less likely to clog. I got an estimate immediately, the work was true to that estimate, and *BOOM* I can flush with impunity now.

I highly recommend this company, and especially Alfredo.

I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

Can't say enough about how great the guys from Full Stack are to work with. I had a broken valve on the outside of the house that I couldn't shut off. They arrived within 30 minutes of my call, figured out the issue, and got it fixed. They even replaced another valve on the other side of the house to prevent the same issue from happening. Jerry and Jared arrived in Wake Forest 6/4/19 to determine source of water flooding our crawl space. Jerry went into the crawl space and thru the smaller entry to the laundry crawl space. Found the leaking connection and replaced it quickly!

We had 5 bathroom faucets, 10 bathroom vanity angle stops and 3 toilet angle stops replaced by Sophie and Mike. They encountered some expected & some unexpected issues in the old plumbing in our House that Jack built, and they kept on coming up with clever solutions (at no extra charge) until all of the problems were resolved. And... despite being here for more than 9 hours each... they remained professional and genuinely friendly. (If it were me... I think I might have started getting tired and grumpy of problem after problem with the old plumbing).TBH - Streamline's estimate was more than 15% higher than the two other plumbing groups we had quote for the job, but when Sophie looked at our previous plumbing and worked up her estimate, she noticed issues the others didn't catch so we figured it might be worth paying a bit more for quality service... and I'm glad we did.Both Sophie & Mike represented Streamline extremely well. Streamline is now our new go-to for plumbing and HVAC.

Was provided with a fair quote over the phone to replace a water line in the yard, and they stuck to the quote. The price was very competitive for the work. They showed up when promised (in N. Raleigh), worked hard and focused, and completed it that day. Everyone was very polite. Very happy with the results and I will call on them again, as well as refer them to neighbors. Good business to work with.

Great job ! They were on time, had to install a much narrower waste removal drain and were very fair on the price. Originally scheduled for Monday they had an emergency so rescheduled to Tuesday and gave us a 10% discount on the final bill!

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Wow! Doesn't get better than this. Above and beyond the best plumber...and we unfortunately had to experience our fair share with our commercial and residential properties. They were able to diagnose and problem solve a bathroom issue that stumped several other plumbers and ultimately saved us thousands of dollars of costly repairs that were not necessary. They are prompt, courteous, friendly, hardworking and knowledgeable.

Dp&m was the company assigned through my home warranty company. May be an ok company for unclogging toilets, but anything beyond running a snake down the drain, I advise anyone using this company to watch the result of snaking the drain, as they will not bring anything to your attention, and will claim you need something beyond their ability, like a camera. You'll find out they (Elaine) says they assume finding something in you line, because they cant fix the issue, thus voiding the warranty company from fixing or addressing the problem further. I did not feel valued as a customer, and will never use or recommend this company. Elaine was rude, argumentative and unhelpful, just responds with this isn't our first rodeo.

There was no evidence of any blockage from the line that was run, I did not sign any report, and still have a blocked drain. Thanks for nothing, both the technician and Elaine.
