Our main water pipe sprung a leak, and Linda was super helpful and kind in getting us an appointment set and answering our questions. Jeff visited our home for an inspection, was extremely knowledgeable, kind-hearted (even to my son who escaped the house to watch), and fast! He fit us in a week ahead of schedule, and even continued to work as it started to rain. Reasonable fees and super kind and supportive folks when you find yourself in a bind. Absolutely recommend!

Had a very bad sewer issue right in my back yard...one phone call a pleasant conversation and 3 hours later my house is all back to normal. They had guys out to look at the issue with in 30minutes... Quoted a price that was DEAD on what I paid. One happy lady here !!! Keep up the great work :) !

I had another plumbing company shown up for the same issue( provided by home warranty people) . That plumber had no clue what he was talking and asked me hire a demo guy to even assess the leak , what a waste of time.

I removed a closet / pantry as part of a kitchen remodel. There were supply lines and waste lines for an upstairs laundry room located in one of the walls for removal. Warren & Sons relocated the lines to another wall location that was to remain. They did great work, were very nice in my home, left the job neat, and gave me a great price. I would recommend Brandon and his crew to anyone.

Was provided with a fair quote over the phone to replace a water line in the yard, and they stuck to the quote. The price was very competitive for the work. They showed up when promised (in N. Raleigh), worked hard and focused, and completed it that day. Everyone was very polite. Very happy with the results and I will call on them again, as well as refer them to neighbors. Bernie and his incredible team just completed some fantastic work for us. They sanded, patched and painted and installed a modular closet system that is so sturdy and efficient our closets. They also removed old fixtures in my bathroom and installed new ones. Bernie and his team were so thoughtful about wearing masks indoor and taking off their shoes too! Great, honest work and communicated with us every step of the way. We are so pleased and can’t wait to call them back for future housework!

Needed a inspection of my water in a small commercial building, kids were nice at first then Austin had a attitude.. would next answer texts they are KIDS! No recommended.

These guys can figure anything out! They seriously have their customer's best interest at heart, are honest and smart. Our basement has a sewer pump that another well-known, local company was going to charge $2,000 to vent. Drain Express found the already installed vent and fixed what was actually a very minor problem. I would call them for any job big or small. You guys are amazing.
