I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

This company can not be trusted at all. We booked an appointment for emergency helium testing due to water leak for after hours on Friday and scheduled it two days ahead. There was absolutely no communication at all and at the appointment time we tried to reach them as they advertise 24 hours on their website, we were transferred to an emergency technician who sounded like he just woke up and had no clue to what needs to be done. He could not reach to any one in management and gave an excuse that they did not provided him any emergency numbers. Keep off this company as it is most likely that they will let you down. Because of their mistake it costed us $1200 cause we had other crew waiting for them and had to pay for it. I would recommend to keep off from calling them.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

I’ve worked with numerous plumbers throughout the 10 years I’ve been active in real estate and what I like about Greene Hunt is the quality of work they provide (they know what they’re doing), their communication (they are always upfront and proactive to call when something in the scope of work/price has changed which is not common among trades people), their timeliness and their professionalism with my clients, my tenants, and me. However, the most telling hurdle in relationships of any kind (personal or business) is how people react when things don’t go according to plan. I had GH install a pump for a tankless water heater and the pump they purchased turned out to be faulty. When I notified them that the pump had gone kaput after only a month of use, they immediately came out to assess the issue, and ordered and installed a new (different brand) pump within a week (no questions or extra charges on my end). I love a company that stands by their work and goes above and beyond to treat their customers well and that’s GH in a nutshell.

We needed to have a new, replacement kitchen faucet installed. Neighbors recommended Shelton so we gave him a call. He came right over, installed the faucet quickly and charged very reasonably, Good service, very professional. We'll use him again.

Use absolutely anyone else. We had the most ridiculous experience with this company and would not recommend to anyone for any reason. First the service person showed up to our house and rather than coming to the front door chose to stand in the yard and look through our window. When I came out of the front door to greet him he was unmasked, which I was not told on the phone. We have an unvaccinated child in the home and would not have used this company if we had known they were choosing to not wear masks into clients homes. Our very friendly and sweet dog came out of the front door with me and barked at him one time in surprise and then sniffed his leg - she did not jump, did not growl, did not bare teeth, did not do anything intimidating. The man started to YELL at me to put the dog up and when I told him she would be in the house during service he got upset and left. When I called the company to complain they were dismissive and said the agent claimed our dog charged at him and then asked me if the dog had barked. So be warned - if you have a dog, perhaps even one that barks when someone comes to the door, or if you expect strangers coming in your home to wear masks, go somewhere else!!!

CK's Plumbing and Backflow ran a natural gas line from our crawlspace to the new grill. From the beginning they responded quickly, had someone over for a quote in no time, and provided wonderful customer service throughout always letting me know what was going on. As for the work, they did an amazing job and did it efficiently with no reason for concern on my part. The crew were friendly and respectful of my house and property. I definitely would recommend them!

The good experience starts with the amazing customer service Robert gives every customer. The technician that came was amazing. He found our issue in minutes and the problem he found was there when previous companies had come and they didn't find it. After they fixed my issue I signed maintenance contracts with them because I was so impressed with the service.
