Best Backflow Testing in Durham NC

Installed a new well pump for us in Dec 2021 and that went fine. However, the well system stopped working again last week. Two new guys came out last week and charged us $250 to test the foot valve. Said the foot valve was fine so I went to the well pump supplier and got a new well pump since the pump was still under warranty.

The guys were supposed to come back yesterday to install the new well pump but didn’t show up so my husband managed to get it installed but the water still wouldn’t flow. He talked to the plumbserv guys and they said it may actually be the foot valve. The same thing they charged us $250 to test and said was fine last week.

Then they told my husband they would still come out today to see why the water isn’t flowing but it’d be a $500 charge whether they get it running or not. That’s outrageous. We called their office and we’re told the guys set their own prices according to what they feel like charging.

Needless to say we told them not to come. Who has $500 to throw away? Especially when we’ve already paid them $250 for nothing.

Two stars because their got the pump running last time. But they tried to rip us off this time.

I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

Brian did an excellent job installing a new toilet, sink, and faucet for our master bathroom remodel! He was very prompt and professional and offered a great price. The finished product looks wonderful. Highly recommend RDU Plumbing's services.

I will definitely recommend CDK Plumbing in the future. Cameron was on time, courteous and professional. He answered all of my questions prior to completing the work. They will be the only plumbing company I call in the future.

Christian Martinez completed my fall service this morning. This is not his first visit. I can only say outstanding for both of his visits. The first he corrected another HVAC company's mistake that caused me to replace my master bath ceiling. This visit he made recommendations and replaced a capacitor that was needed. Good tech and good guy!! Kudos to Christian.

Out The Door Plumbing was very prompt in responding to my request on Angi. Zach came out same day. Back the next day to start repair drain line. Cost was much less than larger companies. I highly recommend Out The Door Plumbing. 5 stars rating

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Wow! Doesn't get better than this. Above and beyond the best plumber...and we unfortunately had to experience our fair share with our commercial and residential properties. They were able to diagnose and problem solve a bathroom issue that stumped several other plumbers and ultimately saved us thousands of dollars of costly repairs that were not necessary. They are prompt, courteous, friendly, hardworking and knowledgeable.

After my A/C wouldn't start, I called around to several local companies, with Piedmont Metro being last. The local competitors were too busy or too slow to schedule, diagnose and the problem. These guys not only came the same day(afternoon), quoted me a very low price to replace, and even replaced the whole unit(inside & out), while I was at work.

They charge a $55 fee just to come look. There are other companies that will come out and look for free.

I was very please with Randy Black. He was on time and took time to explain the work that needed to be done. He even came back to fix a small problem that arose after his work was done. I would definitely use him in in the future if need be. Great job gentlemen!
