They were very professional and knowledgeable with the services offered. They educated me on things I was not aware of and prevented me from having to replace my water heater and saved me a lot of money. I would recommend this company to everyone including my friends and family.

I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

So happy to find a plumber who is responsive, respectful, fair, honest and does great work. Thank you Brian for a new hot water heater and whole house shut off valve. And thank you most of all for calling me back on a Saturday. Such a pleasure doing business with you.

Woke up to no hot water did an investigation and found water heater leaking into garage. Within 2 hours Steve and Rashid visited to fix and - few hours later I had hot water again. Quick and responsive. Professional install.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Totally overpriced and took advantage of our immediate need. This guy is a liar.

On a Saturday morning we discovered that the expansion tank on our water heater was leaking. (The expansion tank is a small tank that's often attached to the outside of a water heater to help regulate the water pressure.) One of our neighbors recommended Shelton Plumbing. He was able to be here within a couple of hours and quickly replaced the expansion tank. We were just happy that someone could be here that quickly, but in addition to being polite, professional, and quick, the price was very fair.

Use absolutely anyone else. We had the most ridiculous experience with this company and would not recommend to anyone for any reason. First the service person showed up to our house and rather than coming to the front door chose to stand in the yard and look through our window. When I came out of the front door to greet him he was unmasked, which I was not told on the phone. We have an unvaccinated child in the home and would not have used this company if we had known they were choosing to not wear masks into clients homes. Our very friendly and sweet dog came out of the front door with me and barked at him one time in surprise and then sniffed his leg - she did not jump, did not growl, did not bare teeth, did not do anything intimidating. The man started to YELL at me to put the dog up and when I told him she would be in the house during service he got upset and left. When I called the company to complain they were dismissive and said the agent claimed our dog charged at him and then asked me if the dog had barked. So be warned - if you have a dog, perhaps even one that barks when someone comes to the door, or if you expect strangers coming in your home to wear masks, go somewhere else!!!

They were very prompt and showed up when they said they would. Technician was friendly and courteous. Price was average.

Kyle and Anthony were very nice and professional. They came to help fix my hot water heater; which was not producing any hot water. After some trouble shooting they discovered a leak and I needed a new gas central valve on the heater because it was cracked; they also replaced some old pipes. Once the part came in another plumber returned ( can't remember his name but he was awesome too) to install it, which took no time at all. After all of that I was getting warm water, but not as hot as it should have been; so I gave them a call back. The third time was a charm because Kyle discovered that the valve that was mixing cold water with hot water as it enters your home ( so you don't melt your skin off) was no longer functioning ( he even showed me so I could see with my own eyes, it was also over 25 years old). Once that was replaced everything was perfect!!! Everyone I spoke with over the phone and all the folks that came out to my home were AWESOME and so friendly. I had no problems getting appointments and they were always on time.

Called Piedmont around 3pm and they had a tech here by 4:15pm the SAME day! The repair man was very friendly and professional and was able to identify and repair the problem within 30 minutes. I would highly recommend this place and will use them again when needed.
