I wish there were 10 star ratings! I cannot rate Carrboro plumbing highly enough!
We had completed a bathroom renovation using a different plumber (Unfortunately, I did not know about Carrboro plumbing at the time). We quickly discovered our dream bathroom had turned into a nightmare because the original plumber had botched the job, leaving multiple problems: a hand shower incorrectly installed, leaking tub faucets, and we were finding water in our crawl space. I was desperate to find someone I could trust to evaluate what was going on and make the necessary repairs.
I contacted Carrboro plumbing and Linda listened to my concerns with empathy and got us quickly scheduled. Jeff, the plumber, came out exactly on time and quickly figured out the problems we were having, including finding the source of the water in the crawl space- the original plumber never even connected the shower drain.
Part of our bathroom renovation had involved tiling the bathroom and shower. Jeff worked meticulously to problem solve a way to access the plumbing without cutting or damaging the tile. This was no easy feat because it involved cutting multiple small windows into the back of a built in entertainment center that was behind the bathroom wall, and working through those.
I am forever grateful to Jeff, Linda, and the Carrboro Plumbing team and can’t recommend them highly enough. We will never use a different plumber now that we’ve found these guys.
Their pricing is straightforward and fair. They clearly are experts at what they do, and work efficiently, but beyond that, they really seem to care. I know of very few people who would have taken the time to save the tile work that Jeff did. We are extremely grateful. I give Carrboro Plumbing my highest recommendations!!

I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

I found a leak in my front yard on a Friday afternoon. They responded to my phone call immediately, they were at my house within an hour. The repair ended up requiring a new pipe installed from the street to the house. They came back the next day to complete the installation. I will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs.

Brian was fantastic! We had a leak through our ceiling due to bad plumbing in our guest bathroom and he was quickly able to troubleshoot the issue and resolve it. He was very friendly and professional.

Great service and the Technician fixed my AC problem.

The team from Bar D was fantastic. We had a pipe freeze with subsequent kitchen floor and garage flooding. Dalton and his crew arrived quickly and enabled rapid mitigation (as walls, floors, and cabinets were removed). They then followed through, coordinating with other contractors as we refinished floors and reassembled the kitchen and other plumbing. They were professional, worked quickly, and produced neat, high quality work. They were also mindful of the fact that we still were living in our house with kids and kept their impact to a minimum. We would work with them again for other needs, and recommend Bar D highly!

Starky was great. Same day service with 90 minute response time. I received a text notification 45 minutes prior to arrival as expected. and Starky showed up right on time. He was polite and professional and worked hard to clear a clog in our main sewer line. And the amount due was less than he originally quoted. I would definitely use Cary Roto-Rooter again.

Incredible professional service! John came to our home today to fix a broken water pipe in the ceiling. Needless to say we were worried that it would be a huge mess. John knew exactly what was going on, opens up the ceiling and fixed the pipe while keeping the mess minimal with drop cloths and covers for His boots. He was extremely helpful and professional and I can't say enough about how great of an experience this was! Thank you guys so much!

Came to the rescue on Thanksgiving weekend when we had a bunch of family in town staying with us and we had sewage flooding our basement. They arrived fast and did the job really quickly and went above and beyond with cleanup. Efficient, courteous, and super helpful. Can't recommend more highly.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

How can I possibly say everything that is great about this company? They are prompt, professional, and friendly. I called them for some plumbing work in my home and they we're there at the agreed upon time ready to get to work! I highly recommend Greene/Hunt plumbing and I will be telling all of my friends. I had a leak under my bathroom sink with family in town and called Shelton Plumbing first thing in the morning. He was at my door within 2 hours and had the problem fixed within 1 hour. His service was excellent and his pricing was very reasonable. I will definitely be giving him a call again!
