My kids knocked the cap off my outside cleanout which allowed my main drain line to freeze shut. I originally called out another popular drain service; who after trying to snake the line told me that my main line had separated and or collapsed without running a drain camera into the line to verify the problem. That technician told me that they could have their backhoe over the next day to start digging up the line. I called Denali Sewer & Drain and they sent a technician over with a drain camera system that verified a freeze up problem. After a twenty minute steaming of the line; the system was back in service. (And the cleanout cap was properly reinstalled)

After calling Summit Mechanical, Bill was fixing my problem in less than an hour and didn't charge extra because it was after 5pm. Had my pipe fixed within a few minutes. Very knowledgeable. I cannot speak highly enough of the guys at Paragon! They took care of me during the storms in Palmer. They took care of me when my furnace went out immediately after said storms. And most recently, Phil took care of me by sending me the literal angel that is Tyler. They installed a water filtration system in my home, which required they plumb from the crawl space to the garage. They were on time, professional, transparent, kind, enthusiastic, communicative, so sweet to the doggo (clearly of the utmost importance). They even let me head to Friday Flings while they closed up shop. It was easy, clean, professional, and above all else, so kind. Phil and Paragon genuinely believe in blessing others in the community. It is a huge part of their business model and it is reflected in their professionalism, care, courtesy, and kindness. As a woman, I entirely trust these guys to come and take care of things for me and be in my home. They are stand up dudes. That’s HUGE for single women. I am very, very pleased with our experience with Rock Solid Plumbing and Heating, and especially the service provided by Jason and David. We found a problem with the hot water in our bathroom and a problem with our gas fireplace right after we moved into our house in September. We had a very difficult time finding available plumbing and heating technicians who could help us or even call us back to schedule a call. Our real estate agent suggested Rock Solid, and we are so glad we found them. I called on Wednesday, and I got a call back in less than 5 minutes to schedule a visit for the following Friday. David and Jason arrived on time after calling us to let us know they were on their way. They found the gas line problem and the plumbing problem immediately, showed us what needed to be repaired, then went straight to work getting both of our problems resolved in less than 90 mins. Jason and David were extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They were very careful in our home, they cleaned everything up when they were done, and they showed us how we can adjust and maintain the systems they repaired. Rock Solid Plumbing and Heating gets my highest recommendation!!

What a blessing Mr Tom was. I was working on a washer issue as well as a toilet problem while remodeling my home. I am a single Mom and every penny counts. I try to do things myself, but have learned to call in a professional when I get above my head. He was just wonderful. From manners to knowledge. He didn’t try to cheat me out of money and just did some great & honest work. Truly grateful for this man.

Sound Mechanical has absolutely MISERABLE customer service. It is apparently not within the realm of possibility that this company can make a mistake. When we mentioned to the owner that his workers left a beer bottle behind he told us we were lying and cussed at us. We could care less that there was a beer bottle left behind, just wanted him to know as a business owner. We also let him know that the dryer vent was now disconnected (they had to move the washer and dryer to get to the water heater). He informed me that someone must have moved the washer and dryer after they left. The washer and dryer are a million pounds and neither me nor my tenants touched it after they left. We also didn't care that they made mistakes, just wanted it fixed. The owner was irate that we pointed these things out and used foul language when speaking to us. Last noteworthy items, they did not replace the bathroom door, they left it in my tenants bedroom. They left crud all over the floor in their work area. They also damaged the railing outside my house when they launched the old water heater over the railing instead of walking it down. You'd never believe it, but he didn't apologize for that either.

Bought my place a few years ago and the old gas hot water heater was on its last leg. Brown water made taking a bath impossible and dirty. Getting a new one is an investment. Some businesses don’t even call back or take weeks. From the initial call, estimate, and installation Moore Heating was a great choice.
