Home Warranty of America (HWA) contracts with Hogins Plumbing & Heating. Having had a [different] home warranty in Tennessee, I had absolutely zero expectations. However, Mr. Hogins far exceeded what I had expected. Despite having worked the entire day, he still made time to come repair 2 toilets, 3 drains and 1 shower at 9:45pm at night. He found a cracked toilet with a very slow leak. He replaced a valve, 2 gaskets and the fill mechanism for another toilet that had been both constantly running and leaking. He cleaned all the bathroom drains. He arranged to order a new American Standard Champion 1.6GPF with 2-3/8~2.375 fully-glazed trapway with 4 non-adjustable, piston action Accelerator 1-piece toilet that I had significantly researched and that I had a positive experience using (e.g., no clogging whatsoever) at a former residence. It is super nice that I could choose my toilet! Mr. Hogins is polite, courteous, honest, diligent. His twenty-year-old trainee daughter accompanied him. I am astonished that he stayed so late, until the job was complete. That all contractors were as ethical, kind and professional as Mr. Hogins!

Very professional and patient! Inspected and fixed the busted pipes in our mechanical room, got the warm water working again in less than two hours, and fixed the poor job a previous plumber had done. Will hire them again! These are the guys for the job!

Joe Mitchell was prompt, thorough, and had a positive attitude despite having to wade through 3 deep of backed up drain water on the basement floor. The machine he brought to snake the drain worked quickly and now we're drying out. Joe was very knowledgeable and answered tons of questions. Thank you Joe!

Fantastic service. Had a leak and they came right out and repaired it quickly. Unfortunately a couple weeks later it sprung another leak that wasn’t repairable. They were able to install a new on that same day. Great people to work with!

I have used Extreme Heating and Air services for a couple years now. They have replaced my hot water heater and my gas furnace along with various other issues. Every time they have provided the best customer service ever! They have provided communications from start to finish! Highly recommend this company!!

Had a couple of sump pumps installed, the guys were friendly and did a good job. There were some loud noises after the installation, but they came back out to fix it without any hassle or extra charge.

We had our line backup on the weekend... the guy came out and snaked it... less then 72 hours later the problem came back... The second guy who came out was very gracious and apologetic, explaining what the first guy didn't do and what he should have done to resolve the issue in the first place... The fact that Denali Sewer & Drain did not try to double charge us, explained to us what the issue was, and how it should have been resolved in the first place, is the reason I gave them an Excellent rating. It's one thing for someone to make a mistake and not fix the problem... we all make mistakes... But it's refreshing to find a company that's willing to go out of their way to fix the problem correctly once they know all the facts, be apologetic about it, not make up excuses, and go out of their way to make sure your issue is resolved to your satisfaction. Based on this experience, I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

Hot water heater went out. These guys responded, and were at my house fixing it within a couple hours. Would definitely recommend.

In the past, we have had good experiences, however after a pre-buy home inspection we needed a boiler & heating inspection as well as a leak fixed. We called Circle because of our previous experience with them. The system passed the inspection however, instead of fixing our leak, they installed a condinsate neutralizer and ignored the leak they were hired to fix. While he apprentice installed the neutralizer, the journeyman sat in the truck smoking his cigarettes and leaving butts in my driveway. Guess what? After passing their inspection, we still had the leak. They were called back and just tightened a hose clamp that was installed too loose by the previous install of the neutralizer. After another call, they said there were lots of leaks before they came, my question was how could it pass inspection then? Yeah, they wouldn't come out and look at it again. We were left with a leaking boiler (now fixed by someone else)
