We had a new kitchen sink and faucet to install, and had no idea what to do. We hired Hogins Plumbing to do the work, which was high quality and most professional. They removed the old sink and faucet and installed the new one, and their service was friendly and exemplary. A+, would use again, would recommend!

Maybe if they knew what be there in the morning meant! Almost non still waiting no call.

Suppose to put in a new dryer vent run. Duck taped the existing one in and charged me an exorbitant price. My electrician discovered the shoddy installation.

Drain Masters has always been awesome. We’ve used them for at least 15 years whenever we have an issue. We used RotoRooter once when DrainMasters was booked, I would rather wait a day with a clogged sink than have RotoRooter come out. Definitely would recommend DrainMasters to anyone I know.

They installed an entire bathroom for us in what was previously a storage space. They installed all fixtures/fans and re-routed the plumbing to accommodate the new space. They even added spot shut off valves for our convenience that was above the original scope of work. We plan to utilize them on future projects. Got it done quickly and within stated timeline.

I had a pipe under my kitchen sink with a small hole in it and water coming out. After calling Summit Mechanical, Bill was fixing my problem in less than an hour and didn't charge extra because it was after 5pm. Had my pipe fixed within a few minutes. Very knowledgeable. Excellent service!!! Summit Mechanical will be the first company I call when needing any plumbing services.

We had unknown damage to our holding tank that did not become apparent until nearly three weeks after the big earthquake. Erwin Plumbing came out immediately and assessed the situation. We believed we would need a new holding tank, and we were prepared to go without water until after Christmas. Erwin Plumbing called back on Christmas Eve, said that he wanted to try another solution, and asked if he could come by. To make a long story short, he saved the day just in time for Christmas, and we shelled out a lot less than we expected to. I highly recommend this company and will continue to call them for all of our plumbing needs.

Mason came out and was able to quickly locate our problem and fix it within minutes. Easy to communicate with and tell him exactly how I wanted it fixed.

Called on an emergency twice as over a foot of water in crawl space Sunday 29 Aug broken sump pump (Left that on the voicemail). They were listed on a warranty contract to call the next business day, which would have been the 30th (Monday). I received that confirmation email at 6:29P.. No response to my 2 calls Sunday eve which I understand, but no response via text either on Monday (voicemail says they may respond faster via text left at 815 AM). Nothing, although the warranty email states they would call the next business day.

Called another service on Tuesday and they were out within 40 minutes of my call and fixed the sump pump in less than an hour. It's unfortunate one attempt to communicate in a timely manner would have prevented this. This review is based on their lack of response as I didn't have a chance to rate their work this time.

I've been using Circle since 1996 and had excellent service and fair pricing. Lately though, i've had unsatisfactory service in that my lift station overflowed and when the plumber came and removed the cover he completely missed the build-up on the pump so went to office to get new pump (was gone 1 hour and office only a few blocks away) and returned, he noticed the build-up and flicked it off and lo and behold the pump worked! He then charged me over $200 for his time and expertise! Rip off!
