We had some pipes and our boiler freeze. I had another company tell me that the boiler was no good and to not try to turn it on. Hogins came out and we had our boiler up and running within 2 hours. Very knowledgeable and personable, would recommend to anyone.

These guys were champions. After a potentially very expensive misdiagnosis from another drain company, I called Arctic Sewer and Drain. The owner was super helpful on the phone and talked me through what was likely happening with my backed up drain. They came out the same day as soon as I got home from work and found the actual problem, which was just a clog which they cleared in a few minutes. They took the time to show me what was going on and explained everything. Took a load of stress off my mind and the price was great.

I have heard of miracles before but thought they only happened to other people. Flow Star was able to somehow fit me in for a time sensitive underground sewer rough-in on a two-day lead time when another company didn’t work out. (In the middle of June, no less.) Kurdel and his employees were courteous, consummate professionals and the communication was flawless from start to finish. These guys are amazing! We've had our pipes freeze up three times this winter. They have always come to the rescue! They come basically right away, steam them out and are cheap! The guys are very knowledable as well. They always know what to do after they fix my pipes so that the problem stays away for as long as possible. I highly recommend them and will not go to any other plumbing company!

We had our line backup on the weekend... the guy came out and snaked it... less then 72 hours later the problem came back... The second guy who came out was very gracious and apologetic, explaining what the first guy didn't do and what he should have done to resolve the issue in the first place... The fact that Denali Sewer & Drain did not try to double charge us, explained to us what the issue was, and how it should have been resolved in the first place, is the reason I gave them an Excellent rating. It's one thing for someone to make a mistake and not fix the problem... we all make mistakes... But it's refreshing to find a company that's willing to go out of their way to fix the problem correctly once they know all the facts, be apologetic about it, not make up excuses, and go out of their way to make sure your issue is resolved to your satisfaction. Based on this experience, I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

After finding a serious leak in my crawlspace, I called every possible plumber in the Matsu region to repair the damage and no one would help, they were booked out for at least another week. Bought a new home with outdated EVERYTHING. Fox Plumbing helped us install new plumbing for our kitchen sink and dish washer. This included pipes, drain and vent in the wall and our garbage disposal under the sink.

Fox Plumbing also cut and relocated a portion of our baseboard radiator heating pipe.

We're moving onto a total bathroom renovation next and looking forward to having Fox in here knocking that out.

My go to now after my heat went out and they fit me in right away. I use them for my home, duplex and refer to clients, fair prices and most importantly they show up and stand behind their work.

I called on Sunday evening about a clog and told them it wasn’t an emergency and was okay with waiting until Monday. I had to work Monday afternoon, though, so first thing would be ideal.

They called me Monday morning right at 9 and Dakota and Ryan were at my door by 9:30. They were in and out, professional, efficient, personable, and reasonably priced.
