Sage Mechanical has done two jobs for me now and was prompt, professional and great at communicating when an issue with the work arose (not their fault - my boiler was leaking in more spots than one and we didn't know it until they started doing the work.) I definitely plan on using them in the future and highly recommend them!

Drain Masters for the win. Recently had them repair my clothes washer drain. They made quick work of the repair and when I received the bill I was really surprised on how reasonable it was. I'll keep their number in my phone as I'd do business with them any day.

They installed an entire bathroom for us in what was previously a storage space. They installed all fixtures/fans and re-routed the plumbing to accommodate the new space. They even added spot shut off valves for our convenience that was above the original scope of work. We plan to utilize them on future projects. Got it done quickly and within stated timeline.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Extreme Heating and Air Inc. After the earthquake I had issues with my furnace and my hot water heater. After my property management company contacted them Grant got back with me right away and was able to come out after hours. He had fantastic customer service and was very professional! Thank you so much for helping me out!

I called this company for a leaky faucet. Which should be a simple repair. They got me in right away, but what they did not tell me is they were gonna charge me for drive time, and they also did not explain any pricing before he got started or when they called me to give me the time they would be coming. I realize there should be a 1 hour minimum. But when it takes you only 15 minutes to drive to my house and 10 Minutes to Fix the Leaky Faucet and Charge me 1.5 hrs, which is $165 an hr so $277 for a leaky faucet. They need to tell customers. They are unprofessional. They even replaced parts my husband had already replaced but he did not tell me what he was going to do and just did it. I could have said something. So basically not good communication with this company.

I called Denali Sewer and Drain when my sewer service froze. The steam hose became lodged in my service. The technician tied it to his truck to free it but ended up breaking my cleanout and tearing the hose. He drove away, leaving the hose in my sewer. The company didn't offer to help even though I called repeatedly. A full 24 hours later they offered to send someone out but I had already called another contractor.

I feel like Denali Sewer and Drain took advantage of me and I hope they don't treat other customers this way. They didn't communicate any of the risks to me and they should have stayed to fix my sewer after they broke the hose.

Service was great! I bought a new furnace that was damaged in shipping but the tech didn't know until it was installed, once it was known they replaced it with another unit immediately. I would definitely use Klebs again.

Call twice about an appointment that we had scheduled, then texted after to confirm and all was on schedule. Then 30 minutes prior I find out they can’t make it, after I call them. Terrible first impression.

I had called Jacob at Sound Mechanical because I heard water dripping underneath the floor in my kitchen in the crawl space. I made the call around 7am and explained over the phone what I heard and was concerned that a pipe had burst or sprung a leak. Jacob responded that they had a full day of scheduled appointments but would send someone over as soon as they had met the needs of there previously scheduled appointments.He mentioned I would receive a call from one of the employees as soon as they became free. I went to my office and was Pleasantly surprised with a call around the noon hour. The said they could be at my house within a half hour. I went home and the plumber was there 10 minutes earlier than expected. I explained what was happening and showed where the crawl space access was. Within 30 minutes the plumber was completely done and the leak was found and repaired with explanation of what he had found. Problem solved! I have refereed Sound plumbing to multiple friends prior to this repair that I personally needed. All of them praised and thanked me for referring Sound plumbing to them and said they will be using them for all there plumbing needs! We are all happy satisfied customers. I would highly recommend Paragon to do any of your plumbing and heating needs. They do the job right and will not waste your money and time. There is no need to call any other plumbing and heating companies

I hired them to unclog a kitchen pipe. Tech was polite but it doesn't make the cost any easier - $190. Initially I spoke with 3 different people and only later i found out they work together. After making an appointment, I requested at least 30m of a courtesy call as I had to leave work to meet them and instead I got a text saying they will be there in 10min and I had to rush over. One thing I recommend if hiring them is to be cautious about distractions such as chit chatting as that also adds up to the time they consider working. They charge by the hour.

Mountain Mechanical did a great job fixing our leaky pipe! Curtis was there right when they said he would be, fixed the leak quickly, and charged us less than I thought it would be.
