Wonderful experience with Clearwater! Called on a Friday, they came to do the bid the following Tuesday! Actually came through with a very good bid 2 days later. They put us on their calendar the following Friday! Quick, efficient, very professional and the purchase/installation of our new tankless water system was up and running! Seamlessly. Not to mention, we added a bunch of honey-do plumbing needs to the bid and they worked them in as well!

I can't say enough about how great John is. He came on time with a smile on his face ready to help. He was upfront about the costs and what certain things meant and would happen if we chose this over that. He was very transparent. We called because of our water heater, and he was here the next day with a new one. The entire time he was here he was pleasant, great to talk to, and very efficient in his work. We also had an issue with our dishwasher leaking into the sink and he knew immediately how to fix it and did so rather quickly. We are really impressed. I would absolutely refer anyone and everyone to him. We've finally found our family plumber. Call him, you won't regret it.

Had a leaky faucet causing water damage. $200 later and still had a leaky faucet. Burton would not return the money or admit to bad service. Instead the owner stands behind his so called trust worthy plumber who gave us a run for our money and fixed nothing. Charged us for parts that we did not receive. I ended up taking the dang faucet apart myself proving they replaced nothing. I then fixed the faucet myself via 2 trips to Home Depot and $1.50 in parts, and haven't had a problem since.... But I'm still a little upset to have $200 stolen from me by a business who either is crooked or is OK with employing crooks. If you need something done either do it yourself or call someone else. Considering filing a report with the Better Business Bureau.

Awful customer service experience, probably the worse I've ever had, anywhere, with any product or service:
Trey, their customer service contact is rude, disrespectful, and not at all helpful.
Here are the details that lead me to say that:
First the company was asked to contact us to meet them at the property to go over the details of the repairs needing done and have a conversation in person. They did not do that, they just went and called after they had visited the property. Not a huge deal but not great.
Second, they were to submit to diagnosis into my home warranty within 24 hours of the home visit. Once this did not happen I and the warranty company tried reaching out (Trey is the only contact number available for the company). He would not answer or return my calls or the home warranty calls after several voicemails and texts. Finally he starts communicating but only through text with me even though I simply texted asking him to call me.
Third, he tells me via text that Mark, the technician was still working on the diagnosis and would call when it was ready. I informed him that it is required to be submitted within 24 hours, which had already passed. He only would tell me that Mark would do it when it was ready.
Trey would not provide me Mark's contact number to have the home warranty authorization department reach out to him, but then he said that Mark had already tried calling it in and could not get ahold of anyone and would try again later.
So either the fact that it was not yet ready or the statement that Mark had already tried calling was a lie.
I had the home warranty company on the phone ready to reach out and Trey still would not give me Mark's direct number, and said if they called him he could not connect them to Mark.
Instead he suggested just cancelling the service so they could assign a different contractor. I asked him to please not do that because I had an emergency water leak and needed it addressed immediately.
The home warranty informed me there is an online portal to submit the diagnosis so that should have been used instead of calling first anyway.
The home warranty offered to call the company but Trey insisted that he knew what he was doing and that they had to initiate the call so would not give me Mark's number.
He was rude and disrespectful by stating that Mark is on another job and you will have to wait for him to finish that,... I'm sorry you don't understand that
He then offered to cancel the job again.
I asked him to not cancel the job and even pointed out that despite this poor customer service I was dealing with they still had an opportunity to earn a good online review from me.
He then said I'm going to cancel this job with home warranty since we can't please you

Excellent service from the first call (friendly and efficient), to quick follow up and scheduling, finishing with a great hot water heater installation. Everyone I had contact with was friendly, helpful and gave great service over all. Their pricing was very fair. I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else, even with slightly better pricing, because of the service Circle Plumbing provided. I dealt with Megan (on the phone) and Aaron (Plumber) the most, and they were rock stars, and I had a couple quick interactions with others on the phone, and received great service across the board.

Last November we had a tech from Mountain Mechanical check on our furnace, looked like the mother board was going bad, so it was replaced for around $600. A few month later again, the mother board was going bad, thinking some switch was broke, when really it was the new mother board. We either get a new one, or a new furnace.
We spent a long time saving up, until a family member recommend we get Circle Plumbing & Heating check the furnace. Turns out the furnace really needed a wiring switch, and some adjustments since it wasn't installed properly. That costed us about $100 and the furnace has been working well since then.
We won't work with Mountain Mechanical, if you do, try Circle Plumbing & Heating first, or for a second opinion.

My husband and I called Tom to come over and fix a dripping drain pipe. Tom came over to our house within a couple of hours and was able to find the source of the leak. He repaired the pipe within an hour. Tom was reliable and affordable. He was very kind and professional. He will be our first call in the future if we have any plumbing issues.
