I had a leaky toilet line and my installer had pulled the toilet so he could lay new flooring in the bathroom. My problem was a leaky toilet line. Drip, drip, drip...I called the company that put in all the plumbing 18 years ago, but they don't do service work. Meanwhile, I have a flooring guy that can't finish the job until my leak is fixed.

A friend recommended Anchorage Plumbing and Heating.

Great Service! I called needing help just before 2pm. Dispatch took care of me very cordially. She asked my zip code and (I believe) checked to see what guys were nearby that could take care of me. She said they should be over between 3 pm and 5 pm...(I'm thinking about the cable guy at this point...), I thanked her and hung up.

The plumber showed up at about 3:30 pm and got right to it. He was done in about a half hour. He knew what he was doing and he replaced the faulty 'shut-off valve with a higher quality valve and he was done in a little more than 30 minutes. I don't mind paying a minimum service call labor rate when they come out quickly. Do the job right. Ask if there is anything else that needs looking at. And answer all my questions.

I am very pleased. And I will easily recommend them to anyone who needs their help.

Fantastic service. Had a leak and they came right out and repaired it quickly. Unfortunately a couple weeks later it sprung another leak that wasn’t repairable. They were able to install a new on that same day. Great people to work with!

I have used Extreme Heating and Air services for a couple years now. They have replaced my hot water heater and my gas furnace along with various other issues. Every time they have provided the best customer service ever! They have provided communications from start to finish! Highly recommend this company!!

We spent $850 dollars with this company over a persistent clog in the downstairs toilet of our new home. After getting a second (verified) opinion it became apparent our plumber had neglected to tell us the sewer line wasn’t connected to anything.

Our water heater had ruptured and was flooding our house. After waiting 2 hours on another repair service, with no word on when they would be here, I contacted Summit Mechanical. Excellent customer service and quality work! They were able to diagnose gas fireplace repair over phone so could bring parts and repair on the spot. Very fair price and quick response.

Had them come out for two separate issues and will be calling them again in the future. Found they have the best price in town for water heater replacement - They replaced my water heater and fixed the outlet plumbing. Did some valve replacement on clothes washer plumbing.

They are also the quickest to get in for evaluation and repair/replacement. Other places around town gave me the run around. Will definitely recommend All-Star to friends and family.
