The team was knowledgeable and quickly found the issue with my water heater. They were awesome about working with my schedule to set up a time to come out as well. Will definitely use them if I have any future plumbing or heating issues.

Just wanted to share my experience with Flow Star. Kudos to the crew for coming to our aid to fix our leaking pipes. Their knowledge from owner to tech is awesome and it showed in their work. Even after miscommunication Cordel reach out and explained everything in a very patience and professional manner, he stayed clam even when my husband and I were flustered and irrigated. He worked with us and I'm glad I listened and gave them a chance to fix the issue. After being burned by other professional contractors our apprehension dissipated when owner and techs explained and completed their work. We will defiantly use them again in future, if needed. Robert sold the business to his brother Kevin Powell in the middle of the restoration of my mobile home after a fire. The support beams they charged to replace under my home, they sprayed with killz. The shed they charged to move and move back is now about to fall down. They stuck a two by four in the ground and nailed a block on the back wall to keep the back wall from collapsing. The door for my hot water heater can't be removed. Enstar had to come out because the gas line for my hot water heater was leaking. And could not get the door open. My porch leans into my home now. After they charged me for 27 hours of work. They actually only worked on the porch for three to four hours. I wish I could post pictures of the things they did and didn't do here. Water froze here last winter every time it got below 11 degrees. When I called them he told me to use a hair dryer. I feel they are very dishonest.

Jett was super friendly and did a great job. He explained everything and answered all of my questions when fixing my faucet. Would def recommend.

I had a pipe under my kitchen sink with a small hole in it and water coming out. After calling Summit Mechanical, Bill was fixing my problem in less than an hour and didn't charge extra because it was after 5pm. Had my pipe fixed within a few minutes. Very knowledgeable. Excellent service!!! Summit Mechanical will be the first company I call when needing any plumbing services.

Landis was recommended to me when we had a plumbing leak. He showed up right away and got the job done quickly.

After a burst pipe in our garage we called 10 different companies who either didn’t answer or wouldn’t come out! Plumbing & Heating Doctor answered quickly and had someone sent out within an hour! Jake was extremely personable, knowledgable and respectful! He fixed the issues quickly! I would definitely use Plumbing and Heating doctor again.

WOW! I’m not going anywhere else! Kelly came out to repair everything, this gentleman went above and beyond! The ladies who answered the phone have great customer service.

While they were timely and were able to come out next day, the service we received was mediocre at best. We called because our plumbing had extremely low flow, and their first fix was to replace the two most expensive things that could possibly be the issue. When questioned about it afterwards their response was “well it’s better than it was before” when our kitchen sink is still barely above a trickle. Not to mention our house was left a disaster - they unscrewed our accordion door and left it unscrewed when they left, sprayed water everywhere (and on me) in the bathroom, and left wood splinters all over the floor where they were working to name a few. Aside from the poor work ethic, they were swearing up a storm, slamming doors, and Larry was apparently so distracted that he couldn’t remember which way was hot/cold or which direction a shower head was installed. All of this and we got a bill for over $1500. When we called to talk about this, the woman that answered the phone was extremely rude and arrogant - without asking any details, she immediately told us that what we were charged was fair and there was nothing to be discussed. I work in the service industry and understand that time spent on-site is time spent and sometimes the part you think is the issue turns out not to be, but to leave it at “it’s better than it was before” is shameful. Hopefully it was just a bad day and other people don’t have this experience.
