During the earthquake that occurred on Friday Nov 30 my house had a water leak that was breaching the bedroom behind my boiler and also leaking water into my garage. Extreme Heating (Shane) took my information and dispatched a plumber to fix our problem. The day must have been hectic to be a plumber, but I was glad I found Extreme Heating. They were professional and took care of everything. Truly grateful. They have my business in the future.

I appreciate good service especially plumbing. I was scheduled quickly, I had 3 issues zone valve out, leaky shower valve and a cracked elbow on my heating element. Jared was prompt had all of the parts, very courteous and quick. He also fixed a power head and auto vent. I’ll definitely call Flow Star again. It was 1/3 less than I estimated, I’m a pleased customer.

Things started a little rocky with some miscommunication between me and diamond heating. But after some discussion, we came to an agreement that worked best for us. I keep seeing the commercials about calling Living Waters and they will be there to help….we’ll that was not my experience at all. My hot water heater went out and called 2 times and sent an email. I guess they are so busy because of all their business from these commercials that they didn’t need to reach out to me. I’m fortunate enough that I can pay a company to do it for me…but when ahead and did it myself. Saved money in the long run.

called at 8:45 in the morning, I called again at 10:30, 2:30, at 3:40 I was told the driver had problem with the van and would not be able to come but they would get another repairman.........I waited and waited, never got a call at 4:40 I called again and was told they would not be able to come today........at a minimum they should let me know they were not coming .....o well, very difficult to recommend Mtn Mech. to anyone, terrible service from the office.

Tom did a fantastic job! He came recommended to me by Central Plumbing and Heating and I found him to be very knowledgeable; he explains things well, is efficient and incredibly pleasant to work with. This is a man who really knows his trade. I really appreciate how he was able to work with me on scheduling and was upfront about costs and timeline (both of which were very reasonable). Suffice it to say, I've got his number saved in my phone for all my future plumbing needs!

They were early, cleaned up, and when it wasn't completely fixed, came back the next day and made it good. Altogether they were great.
