First time I have ever felt compelled to write a review. I do a good deal of remodel projects around Eagle River and the Valley. Greg became my Go-To plumber the very first job he did for me. He was almost too fast for me. Had to adjust my schedule. Have never been disappointed since. He even laughs at my jokes! In all seriousness, He runs a great crew. Highly recommend Greg to general contractors and home owners alike.

Hired them to delete some gas lines and fix a drain clog. Gas lines out great. Couldn't reach the drain clog with their snake, and said they were going to come back out and access the clog from a closer section of the pipe (it was at 12' down the pipe). I know that they don't typically do drain clogs but they had offered to finish the job. They never called to reschedule, so I called back and scheduled another appointment. Day of the appointment they were a no call, no show. I even called them that day and they never returned my call. Still using a slop bucket under my bathroom sink, 3 weeks after initial visit. Not a good look for a company that has a 5 star Google rating. Will not waste my time with them again. (Edit: They did tell me over the phone when I scheduled the second appointment that they don't normally do drains but that they would put me on their schedule anyway)

Roy was on time and very professional. Was available same day which was wonderful and lucky. He made mounting tvs look easy peasy. In and out in a little over an hour for a 55 and 65 tv. Definitely will hire for future needs.

My hot water heater quit working on a Friday evening. I called Diamond Heating and Air and they sent a repair man out ASAP to restore our hot water until we could have the unit replaced. When that day came, Robby and Chris made the install fast, and efficient with excellent professional service conduct. The price was definitely comparable to their competitors also.

I've seen my dad give his all at the jobs he does and hes the best in town from what I've heard from lot of the customers and the one bad review was cause that person wanted him to come out and do it on the day of the 7.2 earthquake sorry mr entitled thought his zone value problem was more important than others heat. Some people's boilers exploded my bad.

I hired All-Star Plumbing & Heating for some plumbing repairs and upgrades and heating system maintenance. Ashley was the service professional who came out and he did a great job. He was professional, courteous, friendly, thorough, knowledgeable, and proficient. I would definitely recommend them!

Wm97 + combi boiler was installed by Matt 5 years ago for energy audit rebate program in tune of $13k. Just little after 2 years (after warranty expired) boiler sensor went out costing me $200 for part and $130 for labor. This year, I noticed the heat was not circulating throughout the condo. During inspection Mtn mechanical Curtis determined a bad recirculating pump, nonfunctioning boiler pump, and internal expansion tank full of water. After everything said and done it cost me $760 for repair. It turns out internal pump was not faulty but the logic board is going bad. Estimated cost of $600 for the board. I refused this service for another time since the boiler is working, but not as efficiently.

My gripe is with Weil McLain for shoddy product, and also share blame to Matt for pushing this boiler model. It was sold under the disguise as reliable , dependable, and cost saving. I’m venting my frustration here as a warning to stay away from tankless water heater. Go with cast iron and good old hot water tank.

Mtn mechanical has been professional throughout this ordeal so that deserves some credit.

My next place to write review will be on Weil McLain product webpage. Luckily WM97 is discontinued but there may be other models like it.

I had a problem with our water heater not staying lit and leaking. I called a few places and no one could come out for days! Tom came out that day! He was so nice and extremely knowledgeable! He does not overprice AT ALL! His prices were less than what anyone else quoted me! I will definitely call him again for any plumbing and heating issues in the future! I would recommend Tom to anyone!
