My ego had me hesitant to call a plumber for something I felt I should be able to diagnose and repair. After a few failed attempts and once the seven stages of grief had passed I decided to call Mr Rooter. Robert arrived quickly and in no time had found the issue and repaired it for free. He explained what the problem was, how to fix it should it happen again and gave me a free estimate because we both know I'll be calling him again after I make it worse.

Called them as my laundry tub was backing up and not draining. Spoke with Ken - they were really busy and he could not guarantee they'd make it out same day however said to text him my info and he'd get back to me. Ken showed up within a couple of hours, used the electric eel and flushed out the line. In and out in 20 minutes. Super friendly, professional, cleaned up after the job, fast service. My sewer main drain started backing up on Friday night.
