They always send the friendliest techs to the house. Very professional and has done great work for both very large, and very small jobs.

The actual job (removing our old dishwasher/installing our new one) was great, and the technician, Mike did an awesome job. It was all the other stuff that I was frustrated with. When I first called, they said they could fit me in the next day but then called the next day and told me they wouldn’t be able to make it. So I scheduled them for the following week and had to wait five extra days. Secondly, when I first called, I asked for a ball-park estimate about pricing and was told there was no way they could offer that over the phone and I’d have to wait til my tech came to the house. All said and done I ended up paying more to have this dishwasher installed (over $500) than I paid for the actual dishwasher, which was frustrating because when the tech came over he clicked one button on his iPad and it immediately came up with a price. Why they couldn’t quote me over the phone when they clearly have a super detailed pricing list is very confusing to me. I also wasn’t told about the service fee, and it wasn’t waived even though I went with their company for the installation. Overall, great job but so needlessly expensive.

I can't imagine a worse plumbing company exists. Our contractor used these guys as a subcontractor for our house renovation and they screwed up pretty much everything they touched. They installed two showers incorrectly so water came down the backside of the wall, installed a toilet that leaked, installed a tub drain that leaks a ton, installed a faucet drain that didn't pass inspection and then couldn't find the problem (it leaked) when they came back. Most of the poor work was done by one guy who we asked them to stop sending but they kept sending, but the owner also did some shoddy work. They showed up late or not at all many days and often would leave for parts for like 4 hours. They were by far the worst contractors we've ever dealt with and didn't even seem to realize they were doing things badly. Do not use them.

Ernie is how other contractors should be. I have had him work on my house twice now for different plumbing problems and he did an excellent job both times.

As a bonus he also never left a mess (unlike other contractors) and shows up when he says he will. Finally a contractor that you don't have to harass to show up at your place.

These guys are imposters they intercept calls from plumbing companies.Al and his friends are scammers Mr bell is a con artist be aware of this so call plumber ..I will b contacting the authorities about these guys!! Please don’t let them in your house they will take your money

I'm a repeat customer. Extremely quick (and fair) estimate process, and turnaround. Most recent work (2022) went as well as when they were out in 2021 (that review is below). Worked with multiple plumbers and both experiences were very positive.***Responsive, professional. Great communication. We feel we had a very reasonable estimate and that the work was done exceptionally well. This was to install a new drain pipe for an existing tub after clear handyman-type repairs/patch fixes in the house we just moved into. Very happy using this service, who essentially righted a major wrong - under time and thusly under estimate. Will use again if we need to.
