Horrible customer service. Dishonest business practice. Was told I would get a call from the owner about a way that an employee spoke to me over the phone about the services. This employee was a plumber with the company. While on the phone with me he used vulgar language and false accusations. The company had no issue taking me call and my money. The story, the pricing, and rhe service i received was very different from the services I requested. When i tried to work with the company to find a solution, the customer service rep for the company led me to believe she was concerned as i was. Til this day i have no received even a courtesy call. Would not recommend them to anyone.

We had a sump pump installed. Robert Nelson was our tech. He was professional and did a great job with the work we needed. I would use this company again and would recommend this company. I will ask for Robert for my next hvac or plumbing issue. They are also available on Sunday, which is when my work was done.

I recently had a water draining issue and called Even Flow for the first time, since they had a Ferndale address which is where I live. They arrived on time, checked out my issues and had the water draining again in 1 1-2 hours. Having trees on the property, they cleaned the drain from the roof which I really appreciated, . They are very nice people and there pricing is quite reasonable. I will not hesitate to call them again when needed.
