I had a big problem with the big drains in my house - the main cast iron stack was seriously cracked and leaking into the basement anytime water was used on the 2nd floor. Mark and his folks really helped me out. They showed up when they said they would. They gave me a fixed price and stuck to it. They cleaned up after themselves. They kept me up to date with their progress and they fixed my problem fast. It wasn't cheap, but it was a fair price and it was quality work.

I called yesterday and spoke with Kenny. He said he would come out today and gave me a time. He asked me to text him my address, which I did immediately after hanging up with him. No confirmation of text or response of any kind and no show today. I will wait for the professional, responsive company I always use to come out when they’re available next week. I now suspect that all the good reviews were posted by family and friends.

This company was responsive and professional. They called me within a couple of hours from my initial message on their website. The service call was only a few days later. Kevin, the technician who performed the service (garbage disposal replacement) was friendly, quick, and competent. Next time I need a plumber, I'll definitely call Cregger again. My main sewer drain was backing up out of the floor. They came and drilled it out. The clog was way out. They were friendly and understanding. Great experience with this company.
