They said one price to come out on the phone and when he got there it was a whole different price. Did believe me when I said what the problem was. Tried to charge an outrageous price. I don’t recommend.

In my discourse with him regarding the plumbing issue, Mike assessed the problem and proceeded to explain what was needed and how he would resolve it. I can say he's more like a doctor with great bedside manners....So if you know like I know, his kind, are few and far between. Lastly, the employee that was with him was outstanding as well.

I woke up one morning to see a leak in my living room ceiling. After trying many different plumbing services around me, with no luck, Waterwork Plumbing promptly responded to my call immediately and was very understanding of my situation and urgency, and sent out the crew the same day. The work was perfect. They opened up the drywall and found the leak at the exact spot, and they fixed it all for me within few hours. They explained the process the entire time, and kept me up to date. Their prices are great, and quality of work is even more amazing.

I had a emergency backed up sewer in the basement will be following up to schedule a appointment to get it repaired I had other jobs done by Cregger, and was very pleased.

Called to fix a leaky bathtub and was told they are not talking on new clients.

Anthony was very thorough and helpful while replacing zone valves on my boiler. He even came out on New year's Eve to complete the repair. Hopefully I don't need to call him back out soon, but if I do I want the same person. Tha k you very much.

Owner was rude and does not understand gas pipe sizing
