Showed up on time and completed job professionally.

I was looking to have a vent fan and some lights installed in my house. Note, I haven't yet had the work done but let me tell you about the wonderful customer experience I have had thus far. When you call this company they genuinely seem happy to talk with you, very flexible with your schedule, and consistent in maintaining that schedule. The day before I got a reminder text and email about their service, the morning of I got a personal call from their office giving a closer estimate to the time frame of when the technician would arrive. When I confirmed that was fine they sent a text with a picture of the technician coming to my house. Donnie was amazing. Very personable, worked with everything that I was looking for, and gave a home visual inspection while he was here. His inspection and quote for the work took around 30 minutes, he walked me through what he found in the inspection and the cost of each part of the electrical work I wanted done. I got the estimate and the inspection in an email instantly for my records. He set up a time right then and there to come back out to get the work done! I am incredibly impressed and happy with my experience thus far and will be happy to update this review once the work is done. (Oh they also provide awesome financing options!!!)

Update: Work was done today and I am absolutely blown away by the quality of the work done. Donnie and Duane were done sooner than expected, cleaned up after themselves, and everything looks great. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to have some electrical done in their home.

Great experience with Drain Station today. My kitchen sink has been backing up for a week and after several attempts to clear the clog myself I broke down and call Drain Station. They are located close to me in Ferndale which was great but the real selling point was they would come out at a set appointment that I chose the same day. The plumber Johnny was excellent to deal with; very punctual and friendly. On top of Drain Station and Johnny's excellent service was their 60 day warranty on the work.

Definitely would recommend them to anyone. Especially if you want a firm appointment.

I had Bubby's come in and unclog my kitchen sink. The two guys that showed up were very professional. They took the time to explain what was happening and what to do in the future to avoid this from happening again. To me Bubby's has given me hope again about good customer service. We've had Roulo's out on several different occasions for various issues. They're prompt, knowledgeable, and pricing is fair. Our water heater went out last week, and within 5 hours of placing the call, they were able to get to our house and install a replacement.

Martin came out to snake my bathtub and faucet. Also found I needed a new pop up assembly for the sink. Fixed everything and showed me before and after pictures of the clog in the sink. Answered questions, was professional and got a senior discount as well. Will use again as needed.

I want to give a shout out to Mr Rooter employees, Jeff, George and Rob.

First to Jeff. One year ago, in August, just before the big flood in Windsor, my drains between the kitchen and the bathroom clogged up (not the first time). I could not get them to move. This was extremely bad as my husband was very ill in a hospital bed in the living room. We called a neighbour, and he could not get it open either. So, I called Mr Rooter for help. But I kept trying to plunge the drains. By the time Jeff arrived (it was not a long wait) I had managed to get the drains running. However, I knew the problem was not going away.

I showed him the tangled mess of old cast iron drains in the basement. He said it was too risky to put a snake down the pipes because of their condition and age. He sold me a $25 bottle of drain cleaner that would not hurt the pipes. It worked, and managed to keep the drains clear for a year. He didn't charge me a service call, and he said when I was ready to give them a call. My husband passed a few days after Jeff's visit.

Fast forward to spring and my second job with Mr. Rooter. I had a bad fall in my back yard which gave me a 3rd degree sprain in my left ankle. I fell while trying to weed whack around a large tree stump root. I contracted a company to grind the stump. Unbeknown to the contractor and myself there was a sewer clean out buried next to the stump. It got damaged. I called Mr. Rooter.

That's when I met Rob and George. They repaired the clean out, and raised it above ground so it could be seen. They also fixed another clean out so that I could open my gate. All for a good price.

I asked them to give me a quote for the replacement of the house drains. They called in their supervisor and between the three of them they made a plan and I had their reasonable estimate in my hand that very day.

I was unable to get the work done right away as I was leaving town, but we scheduled the work for the moment I got back.

Rob and George were punctual, worked all day and took only 1/2 hr lunch and one morning break. They had to demolish an enclosure to get at the pipes. They did this without causing a lot of damage to the surrounding walls. They removed all the old cast iron drains, replaced tub, toilet, and 2 sink drains. They discovered the sinks were not vented, so that task was done as well.

Rob returned the following morning to complete the job. They place was left clean. Amazingly, they came in under budget! Cast iron pipes are unpredictable, and there was a possibility that the main pipe might be clogged all the way under the floor. So they quoted me the worst case scenario. It didn't happen.. They didn't have to break open the floor which saved me $1,200.

I am over the moon happy with the work and the price. These men are polite and hard workers. They cleaned up after themselves. They had my best interest in mind and didn't try to up-sell me. They got what needed to be done, and done in a timely fashion.

I called as a first time homeowner concerned about strange sounds my furnace was making. When I called for the appointment, the scheduling staff were all very pleasant and attentive, and were able to schedule me quickly. Winston came out on time. He was kind, courteous and took the time to educate me about exactly how my furnace should work. He happily explained my system multiple times, and answered all of my questions. He proceeded to clean and check my furnace. Showed me what parts were faulty and what that meant. Showed me the replacement parts and how they worked.. Even allowed me to video the parts as he described them. He discussed my future options, ballpark figures and names of people to contact. After the job was completed he showed me the improvement in performance and explained the charges and recommendations. I felt confident in the work, and happy to know that I have a company I can trust to work with in the future.
