On May 26th we hired Nelson Bros to install a dishwasher hose, a sink faucet, a garbage disposal and connect the gas line to the stove. We we told that it would take about three hours to complete. The plumber arrived a few minutes before noon and left at 8:15 pm giving us a bill over $1150. He attempted to install the dishwasher hose but was not successful. We were charged for all of the time he spent trying to rig up a way to make it work. He later told us that we need an OEM part and that we need to hire an appliance company. He then installed the sink faucet but did not do it correctly, it does not function properly. However, we were charged over $200. He did properly install the garbage disposal, but after testing the dishwasher, realized he did not completely remove the knock-out, creating a flood into the cabinet and into the basement. He did not secure the water lines properly allowing the line to move freely. We contacted Rick immediately and he said he would have the owner review the bill and get back to us. The amount charged is excessive for the amount of work which was done correctly.Rick later told us that our invoice is still on the owner's desk and he would contact us, which he never did. On their website it states that their technicians will efficiently solve plumbing problems Many of our problems still exist, yet we were charged for over eight hours of work. The website goes on to state that Nelson Bros provides their customers with honest, quality service at a fair price Is $1150 a fair price for an improperly installed faucet, a dishwasher that does not work and water lines that are not secured? The website goes on to promise Should there be a problem with our workmanship we will return to correct the problem free of charge. They haven't.We have tried to work with Nelson Brothers, giving them plenty of time to correct the problem and refund the overcharges, but we have not heard from anyone in the company. Having been loyal customers for decades, it's a shame having to leave a review like this.

This company is great! I had a toilet replaced that was vintage from from 1945. James Liberty was even able to preserve the original floor tiles! He was careful in his approach and the price for this job was very fair. I highly recommend this company.

Pretty disappointed with Windsor Emergency Plumbing, I called Shawn at about 11:00 am to see if they could get someone out after I was done work and he told me he was busy for the day and wouldn't be able to make it out but to call Ken and see if he was available. I spoke with Ken after I finished work at about 4:15 pm and he told me he had left early for his kids birthday party. I understand taking time off to be with your kids but don't advertise 24/7 365 emergency plumbing services if you don't offer anything close to that... Ken seemed annoyed just to be on the phone with me like I was bothering him by trying to give him business and recommended someone else. I told them I was fine paying time and a half for after hours but they still said they can't come out. I tried calling the person Ken recommended who didn't answer the phone and just sent me a text asking if he could call me back later, I said sure but of course never received a call. Definitely false advertising and honestly just seemed like laziness on their part. All I needed was an electric eel service and was told it would be $160 plus tax. I ended up using ProTrades who had fixed my AC unit earlier this year and they quoted me $80 for the hour plus $44 for the eel service, much cheaper and much better service. I scheduled a time with them and the plumber showed up right on time, was knowledgeable and honest and recommended a few things to help that I was not aware of. I will definitely be using ProTrades in the future for any of my home care needs. I can't comment on the skill level of Windsor Emergency Plumbing because they didn't come out so this review is based purely on the customer service, advertisement accuracy and level of availability which was pretty poor on all accounts.
I am not saying don't use this company but be wary if it is an emergency, they seem pretty unreliable.

Davin and Tyler worked long and hard but were able to clear approximately 80 feet of 6” tile drain pipe that was almost completely full of tree roots. The camera view of the inside of the pipe before and after was incredible. I highly recommend the hydrojetting process and the camera over the mechanical snake. Ryan and Daniel tried the mechanical snake but the pipe had too many tree roots and without a camera to actually see what was going on the reduced the price of the service call and recommended going with hydrojetting instead. It ended up being the right suggestion.

Simply phenomenal service. Rob and his team are so knowledgeable and so willing to answer all of my questions. Would definitely recommend him and his team to my family and friends. He does great work and charges a very fair price. I’ve had bad experiences with other plumbing companies but Rob was great. Definitely call if you need servicing done!!

expensive. these guys were fast but way overpriced. I was quoted two and a half times what I eventually paid to Vaughn's Plumbing (great guy) and I had to give Gamble a $25 service call fee to get the quote. the plumber who came and gave the quote was pretty nice and called in to see if he could bring it down. the boss thought I should pay even $100 more. (all my conversations with that boss made me feel like he was on speed.)
