Cain, their technician that came to our house, was very knowledgeable and shared with us all of the info on our issue and how he was going to resolve it. We are VERY pleased with this company; from ease of making an appointment thru to making the payment. Excellent experience!

Great experience with Drain Station today. My kitchen sink has been backing up for a week and after several attempts to clear the clog myself I broke down and call Drain Station. They are located close to me in Ferndale which was great but the real selling point was they would come out at a set appointment that I chose the same day. The plumber Johnny was excellent to deal with; very punctual and friendly. On top of Drain Station and Johnny's excellent service was their 60 day warranty on the work.

Definitely would recommend them to anyone. Especially if you want a firm appointment.

We had a blockage in our main sewer drain. Cregger Plumbing was able to get someone out to us the next day (as it wasn't an emergency). They also worked with us to get the repair covered by our home warranty. The only (very small) issue was that they were going to send us quotes for some other plumbing work we'll need done soon, but we never received them. This definitely wasn't a big enough issue to leave anything but a five-star review.EDIT: Cregger Plumbing reached out and provided the quotes. Excellent customer service!

I had the privilege of having Jeff Rivait, or as I will call him Pope Jeff. This man was incredible. Not only did he repair the clog but he made my weekend. I only wish there were more of him to go around. You have a great representative in Jeff and I hope you appreciate him the way I'm sure anyone who has dealt with him does. Thank you so very much!

Honestly the best customer service I have had from a contractor. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Had two other plumbing companies tell me they could not do the job. This is absolutely a company you should use for any plumbing needs. Couldn't recommend Davis Plumbing enough!

The Plumbing Technician, Brian, was professional in appearance and demeanor. He put his boot covers on first thing and he explained in detail the repair plans before he started the work. When the work was completed, I could not tell he was even there; he left the job site very clean. I needed a portion of my sewage line replaced and they came and gave me a professional estimate by professional plumbers and pipe fitters. The price was fair and I hired them. No regrets. expensive. these guys were fast but way overpriced. I was quoted two and a half times what I eventually paid to Vaughn's Plumbing (great guy) and I had to give Gamble a $25 service call fee to get the quote. the plumber who came and gave the quote was pretty nice and called in to see if he could bring it down. the boss thought I should pay even $100 more. (all my conversations with that boss made me feel like he was on speed.)
