Best Toilet Installation in Detroit MI

My toilet was jacked up for 3 days. While I tried unsuccessfully to unclog it myself. Once i realized i was about to cost myself more money I stopped and called Ken. I see now why he has a good rating. It was almost 8pm and Ken came over and got me toilet going in minutes!!! He basically responded to my EMERGENCY. I had a hot date coming over.... needed my toilet to work!! Ken handled it. Very professional and if I ever need plumbing help again Ken wil be the guy I call. Thanks Ken!!!

They installed a washer and dryer combo upstairs. The service was outstanding and done in a very professional manner.

Johnny came immediately (15min) after I called. It was after hours (after 5pm), so it was great that he was able to make it to my house so quick, especially during rush hour. Johnny unclogged my toilet within minutes. Service was quick, great, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them!

Great response time, new homeowners, had no clue what was going on. Took care of the issue and explained everything in layman's terms so the wife understood. Great job.

If I could rate zero I would. Plumber made an appointment with me to estimate a job, then did not contact me as he was supposed to. Plumber also didn't answer my call when I tried to reach out to him after he failed to contact me. FYI the job was a simple replacement of shower fixtures. Dont call him!

The manager Paul is very unprofessional. His customer service skills are lacking horribly. The way he spoke to the workers is inexplicable.

Called this plumber. He came right away. Said I needed a drain cleaned. OK. Then he said he cleaned two. I paid him. Gave him a nice tip. He said problem was taken care of. The next day, I was experiencing the same problem. I call him (Washington Quinn) and he told me he would come back out for a charge. For the same problem? He was very rude and hung up on me three times. He did not leave a receipt. Now he won't answer my calls. Now all I want is my receipt. I will call another plumber. I will not recommend this plumber to anyone! PS- He bought a kid with him. He played with my grandson - got a goody bag. Nice kid but - to work? Will never use this plumber again-nor tell anyone else to!!!!

Mark was awesome, he helped us fix a clogged septic pipe today and he was so courteous and professional. He patiently answered all of my questions. We will definitely use Bubby's again and again. So much better than other companies we have used in the past.

Ron was wonderful, fixed our old laundry sink and went through the trouble of replacing and repairing very old parts. 10/0 would definitely recommend!

Came to my home and scoped out a project but never got back to me.

The plumber that came out was nice enough but not overly confident.

They came, they worked they got done in a timely fashion. The price was right, and all the guys were professional, and very respectful.

These guys are crooks!...Thay took my grandmothe to the cleaners ...thay improperly diagnose the job and then charge a restocking fee for toilet s she didnt need. Told her she needed now toilets and pipes in ceiling.she had a broken pipe in the floor
