Best Toilet in Detroit MI

This guy does exactly what you call him for. He fixes the problem and really keeps the cost down. He will be the only plumber I will ever call.

Creith hooked up my new gas dryer and did a great job. He is very detail-oriented. He ensured that the dryer was level and tested it before leaving. This is the 4th time I’ve used Nelson Bros. Plumbing and each time they did a great job.

Johnny came immediately (15min) after I called. It was after hours (after 5pm), so it was great that he was able to make it to my house so quick, especially during rush hour. Johnny unclogged my toilet within minutes. Service was quick, great, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them!

Very professional explain what the problem was and also explain how he would resolve the problem and if there were any questions I need it to ask.He also clean area after he was done.

I have been very impressed with how quickly and efficiently they get us taken care of.

They were great. I had a leak from my kitchen faucet, which is a very nice and discontinued Moen. I sent a few pictures, they scheduled the work, came in very professional, clean, quick. Now my faucet is back to normal. I will definitely use them again!

I will never go anywhere else! Very professional and very courteous. I had them switch out old corroded bathroom faucets, and when the job was done everything was cleaned up with zero mess. I have them on speed dial on my phone!

If I could give zero stars I would. Only positive thing about my experience is that they came on time. My sewer line was clogged and backing up I explained where I believed the clogging was and they proceeded to go through the floor drain. After unsuccessful attempt I explained that it would properly be better to go through the clear out drain where the main stack is. They ignored my plea and decided to clear out all the way to the city sewer. After another unsuccessful attempt I pleaded with the again to snake from the main . And they finally did. Within a couple minutes my clog was cleared. They charged me 425 dollars for a job that should have been 150-200 max. I asked them about pricing before they even started and kept getting the run around. After the job was done they said 425 dollars and I almost had a heart attack. These guys are scam artists in my opinion.
