Between Christmas and New Years we had a very challenging and extensive plumbing issue that shut down all plumbing service in the house.No toilets, sinks, drains, the house was really not inhabitable. A very responsive team showed up and started working on the project. The problem was identified and it was going to take extensive indoor and outdoor work to correct.We potentially had a two week window to try to remedy this problem which would have been very expensive and incredibly inconvenient, pet involved, new accommodations, etc.The team, under the direction of a very knowledgeable leader returned that day and spent at least six hours accurately identifying and repairing the problem. This team of three worked throughout the afternoon and into the early evening, it was getting dark and rainy and they brought out lights and continued until the job was done. Reminder this was New Years week. The charge was exactly what they had quoted us although I thought it would be more due to the extensive work that had to be done.We have used Cregger on two separate occasions in the past wth same excellent results….quality, quality, quality.Cannot recommend this company high enough. Saved our holidays and house!!

I would highly recommend this place for all your plumbing needs. Josh was on time very professional and very nice. He unclogged my bathroom drain and that's not what I called him out to unclog. I really appreciate the quality of service from this company I will definitely call them again.

Dishonest! Do not let these guys in your house.

I had a shower leak, spoke to them (Mike) over the phone told them exactly what the issue was and asked for a quote. I doubled check to see if they could do a shower remodel and he assured me that they could. They (yes there were two of them to get a quote) came in when I was not home and convinced my wife that they need to cut the kitchen ceiling to see what the problem was. After cutting it they agreed with what I told them and said that they could not fix it and I would need to contact someone else. Furthermore they charged me $75 dollars to cut a hole in the ceiling after all said and done.

Will never use these guys again for anything.

Very good guys to do business with. Jacob is really smart. He was willing to work with me on all aspects of designing, financing, and installing of a state of the art, heating system. His staff was amazing. Real craftsmen. The plumber was in a special class on his own. Our job wasn’t without difficulties or problems. To have a team work professionally to complete all the smallest of details on our home was impressive. I bid multiple HVAC contractors. These guy made it a no brainer. Technology with commitment.

The Plumbing Technician, Brian, was professional in appearance and demeanor. He put his boot covers on first thing and he explained in detail the repair plans before he started the work. When the work was completed, I could not tell he was even there; he left the job site very clean. I was super pleased so much I saved your company contact information in my contacts and will recommend you to my family, friends and neighbors.

These people are amazing I would not use anybody else are used and use another company for years and I left them to go to bison. They’re number one the price is good they’re really nice. Amazing.
