I used Atlas with no issues for several years. Now I have a less than 6 month old water heater with an issue, and they refuse to handle warranty even though they sold the machine. I expect better, and will take my business elsewhere.

I've known about this supply store since I was a teenager. I was told that I could go there with any plumbing problem I ever had and they would have an answer. I'm 51 now and still go to Atlas.

Lisa is amazing. I have spent hours on line trying to find bathroom and kitchen fixtures. We spoke with Lisa, she listened, and located everything we needed. Faucets and fixtures just appeared effortlessly and were exactly what we wanted. She definitely knows her stuff and is so easy to work with. It was worth the trip from the other side of town.

Just wanted to give a shout out to the employee, Eric gateway he went beyond his job to make sure that everything was done all of my questions was answers, and that I was satisfied and make sure I was getting the right part. I will continue up to this location as long as Eric Gatewood is employed at this location . He deserve a raise great job all tens across the board.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I WENT THERE TO GET PARTS FOR A TUB OF A RENTAL PROPERTY. UPON ARRIVAL I SEE A SIGN THAT SAYS CALL AND PLACE YOUR ORDER. THE LADY ON THE PHONE ASKED ME WHAT DID I NEED I'M NO PLUMBER SO I TRIED MY BEST TO EXPLAIN WHAT I NEEDED. SHE TOLD ME TO TAKE PICTURES AND SEND THEM TO HER. AFTER ABOUT TEN MINUTES OF STANDING IN THE PARKING LOT WAITING FOR A RESPONSE A GUY COMES OU TTI GIVE A CUSTOMER THEIR ITEMS AS HE'S WALKING IN I SAY EXCUSE ME CAN I ASK YIU A QUICK QUESTION HE SAID I CAN'T LOOK AT ANYTHING CALL OR SEND PICTURES AND HE SLAMMED THE DOOR. FEW MINUTES LATER HE COMES OUT TO GI E SOMEONE ELSE THEIR ITEMS SO ISAID EXCUSES ME WHAT IF I E ALREADY CALLED AND TEXTED 20 MINUTES AGO. HE INSTANTLY GOT AN ATTITUDE. AND SAID WE'RE BUSY AND ONCE AGAIN SLAMMED THE DOOR THIS WAS ABIUT 30 MINUTES AGO AND I'VE STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED A CALL. DURING THIS TERRIBLE TIME WE ALL NEED TO BE ABLE TO GO TO THE FEW BUSINESSES THAT ARE OPEN AND TRY TO STICK TO SOME KIND OF NORMALCY I WILL DEFINITELY NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS AGAIN AND I WILL BE TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW THE SAME F. No one is knowledgeable of the products that's there and what they're used for when you do talk to someone they ask you about stuff that you're not even asking about to try to sell other things that's not related to the items that you come there for. They always try to confuse you, instead of just giving you the items that you asked for. And for a bunch of men that certified to do plumbing or plumbing knowledgeable the only one that is knowledgeable and that is capable of helping you with knowing everything is a lady that's there and she's been there twice out of the three times that I've visited this store.

Would not let you speak to actual say why you were in there... never been here but he over talked me so much.. I just was like nevermind and walked out...

Very knowledgable and helpful staff, which I can't always say for big box stores. They helped me fix my kitchen faucet. They were very patience with me as I'm not the most knowledgeable in this area.

Prices are reasonable too! Have a small selection of tools as well.

I'll definitely be going back for my other plumbing needs.

A recommendation if you don't know exactly what you are looking for: take plenty of pictures of your issue and head over there to puzzle over them with someone behind the counter. You'll leave happy for sure.

I'm not sure how many women work here, but this lady with glasses was like a wizard! She breezed through everything we needed and got us all the necessary supplies to fix our claw foot tub! Highly recommend this place

Neat, bustling plumbing store with a good stash of steam radiators; I picked up two. These are not widely available. I got the reference from my HVAC guys at Gee and Missler. Also got some pellets to clear a clogged upstairs bath and sink.

Yesterday was an amazing day.

I rummaged through two junk yards with no luck and mounting frustration at the unlikelihood of ever finding a match to my broken hot knob. Then on a fluke, I was driving by, I stopped in at Atlas Plumbing where the owner dug through boxes of faucet handles for over a half hour till he found me my missing Hot bath tub knob. Perfect match!

Can’t thank you enough! I’ll be back for all future plumbing needs.

The part is the i size I will be returning it soon.

Always have the parts we need. My Father started me out buying from Atlas in the 60's, and I've never used anyone else.

BTW, Thanks Atlas for staying in Detroit!! Even though I live near Romeo, I always make the trek down to Gratiot Ave!!!
