Best Tankless Water Heater in Detroit MI

Saved me over $4,000. 2 other companies came in to look at my store’s slow drains. Both companies wanted to break up the concrete and replace the main pipe. One estimated $3100 (local company), the other $4450 (big national brand name ). Ed and his co-worker (sorry didn’t catch your name ), cleaned out the main drain and I was free and clear for under $200. What stood out to me was the honesty , in that after I told them about the previous estimates , they didn’t take advantage of me. THANK YOU AGAIN, GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR COMPANY!!-mike, sr.

Technician Jerry/ jay service was very excellent.
He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
My main drain was clogged up caused flooded basements and I call waterwork plumbing in Frendale on Saturday and Jerry show up to my house within hour and took his time to do the job and very friendly explain me everything he done.
I really appreciated Jerry/ jay awesome customer service.

Cregger Plumbing was prompt with getting someone to come look at our leaking water heater. They came back the next day to remove and install a new one in less than 2 hours! The guys were super friendly and helpful.

We had no hot water about a week ago. The technition ( Kevin ) came out and replaced a part and we were back in business, for a few days. The unit failed several days later and Kevin came back out. He turned it back on and it fired right up, making me feel like a dope, but it went off after about a minute. Kevin discussed the problem with a technical support technition after several attempts to fix the problem failed. They both agreed what part was the problem, and Kevin found one in Canton after making several phone calls. He drove to Canton, replaced the part...and still no fix. All on a Friday afternoon / evening. Again he called another tech and found another likely cause. He was able to get another temporary fix with a promise he would locate the part the next morning. Kevin found the part early Saturday morning and returned to install it, finally resolving the issue. He never gave up and never lost his cool. His determination ( with help from manufacturer reps) got the job done, after spending hours on the problem. I wonder how many othere companies would provide such service.

Verry knowledgeable and came and estimated the issue with speed and a good level of knowledge.

Was having some draining issues with my floor drain. The responed quickly to my inquiry and were hear within a half hour of calling me. They snakes my drain and even sent a camera down to see what is causing my issue. Very pleased and would definitely give these guys a call again.

I found WaterWork Plumbing on my local community newspaper and decided to give them a shot on helping me build my nail salon plumbing. I am so HAPPY that I went with WaterWork Plumbing! They sent out their master plumber Chris, he was the BEST! Very professional and a true master of plumbing. He walked me through everything from start to finish. They handle all the permits and scheduling with the city and its inspector which was so helpful. End results was a masterfully build above ground plumbling to nail salon which passed city inspection with no issues! Rick and Daniel came out for a sewer inspection. Stand up guys and excellent work. Full transparency and cleaned up after themselves. Would highly recommend.

If i could give them no stars i would. Owner Al Bell came out gave me an esimate said he could get my drains clear and running. Next week he had a contractor come, Mike, who also brought along his cousin. This man couldn't even find the main drain. After i showed him, he ended up damaging the valve to turn it off. Somehow he increased the price saying i had more damage then first was said. After he left i noticed a pipe was like he tried to seal wit a bag.. He also left major gaps between the fixures. He came back out sealed the pipe and said he had to get so sealant for the fixure. Never came back. Drains are still backing up. Fixture still raggedy. Mr bell said he fired mike however would charge me more to repair what his contractor damaged and didn't repair. Currently in talks with the BBB. Ive added 4 pics of their horrible job
