I worked with Derek Mackie who reviewed sewer video and responded in a very timely and professional manner. Chris Goode was the plumber who came to the house to repair the dropped riser in the clean out. Chris is very professional, knowledgeable, professional, and has excellent communication skills. If you don’t already know it, you have a real gem of an employee in Chris Goode. He speaks well for the caliber your company wants to portray.

WaterWork Ferndale came to my rescue after I was getting jilted by different handymen in the last several months for a tub spout and shower head repair and replacement. This company is the best! Not only did they come same day I called for our leaking water heater but they looked at all our of gas lines and put the water heater in right away. They were so nice and knew what they were doing. I really liked this company. Even the lady I spoke to on the phone was nice! Way, way better than the rude people at macomb water heater. I will use bison again and recommend them!

The manager Paul is very unprofessional. His customer service skills are lacking horribly. The way he spoke to the workers is inexplicable.
