Great experience with Drain Station today. My kitchen sink has been backing up for a week and after several attempts to clear the clog myself I broke down and call Drain Station. They are located close to me in Ferndale which was great but the real selling point was they would come out at a set appointment that I chose the same day. The plumber Johnny was excellent to deal with; very punctual and friendly. On top of Drain Station and Johnny's excellent service was their 60 day warranty on the work.

Definitely would recommend them to anyone. Especially if you want a firm appointment.

Byron came out promptly and fixed the leak at my toilet water supply line. I was very impressed with his work and he was very nice and very professional answering all my questions I asked! Derek and his helper were great in helping me with my emergency. My hot water heater stopped working and was making hissing noise and leaking water profusely. I didn't know if the heater was going to explode or not. So, I called Cregger Plumbing and they sent Derek and his helper Marie. The two of them had the problem diagnosed and action taken immediately to ensure my safety until I could have the heater replaced. Thanks Cregger Plumbing and Heating.
