Good marks earned for the professionalism and efficiency of my serviceman (Jim) and the company.

My technician Chris Meyers was excellent!!! He arrived promptly and was incredibly professional the entire visit. He ended up replacing my furnace and I know nothing about that sort of thing. He very thoroughly explained what was going on with my furnace and gave various options for replacement. He explained things in a way that even I could understand. There’s was no mess, he left everything clean at the end of the job. I would give him a third thumb up if I had one,lol!

Mark and David came by today and replaced my primary and backup sump pumps in a timely fashion and a great price. I am now a Diamond member and you can be one to. Thanks guys for your great workmanship ❤️

Johnny came immediately (15min) after I called. It was after hours (after 5pm), so it was great that he was able to make it to my house so quick, especially during rush hour. Johnny unclogged my toilet within minutes. Service was quick, great, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them!

Had back up drain in bathroom sink and kitchen sink. Was not sure if pipes old or just normal hair clog for bathroom and food or old pipes for kitchen. I was referred to Mike by a friend. Mike was very friendly when calling to set an appointment and worked out a date to come out (not an emergency situation or he would've fit in). Called before arriving as promised. No issue with Kitchen sink - disposal worked itself out with simple fix and no need to do anything to that. Bathroom sink was normal hair/soap back up and was easy fix. Did find out from Mike and Jason that the contractors that did the bathroom remodel did not replace the galvanized pipes as they were told to do. I am VERY happy with service: friendliness and honesty I received as well as advisement on what product not to use and only use if needed. I am very pleased with the referral to Mike and did let my friend know! I will DEFINITELY refer to others. Honest, professional, timely & friendly service! I woke up one morning to see a leak in my living room ceiling. After trying many different plumbing services around me, with no luck, Waterwork Plumbing promptly responded to my call immediately and was very understanding of my situation and urgency, and sent out the crew the same day. The work was perfect. They opened up the drywall and found the leak at the exact spot, and they fixed it all for me within few hours. They explained the process the entire time, and kept me up to date. Their prices are great, and quality of work is even more amazing.

This is an amazing company. I had a leak in my bathroom and the bathroom was flooding. Gave them a call and they were out within a few hours. Very professional, polite and helped resolve the issue. Would defiantly recommend!

If I could give zero stars I would. Only positive thing about my experience is that they came on time. My sewer line was clogged and backing up I explained where I believed the clogging was and they proceeded to go through the floor drain. After unsuccessful attempt I explained that it would properly be better to go through the clear out drain where the main stack is. They ignored my plea and decided to clear out all the way to the city sewer. After another unsuccessful attempt I pleaded with the again to snake from the main . And they finally did. Within a couple minutes my clog was cleared. They charged me 425 dollars for a job that should have been 150-200 max. I asked them about pricing before they even started and kept getting the run around. After the job was done they said 425 dollars and I almost had a heart attack. These guys are scam artists in my opinion.

I worked with Brock, professional guy and even cleaned up after his self. I would recommend him. Even though, he needs to work on giving out receipts. He did good work.

The technicians were so helpful. Will be doing yearly maintenance . Great experience.
