Great experience. Wesley went out of his way to determine my needs, special circumstances and options. Got the job done the same day, was very thorough with finishing touches, testing and cleanup. Cost was a little higher than I expected, but the service was worth it.

I contacted Plumbing Now to address my clogged toilet on a Saturday. Adam arrived within an hour, as promised. He took his time to assess the problem and ensure the right repair was done to solve the problem. I also had him replace the old drain plug on the bathroom sink. I found Adam to be very friendly and professional and he did great work in a reasonable amount of time. I also think he charged a fair price for the two jobs. I will be sure to contact Plumbing Now next time I have a plumbing issue and hopefully Adam will be available to assist.

I had a pipe freeze and burst during the winter. Johnny came out the same day I called and took care of it. He was polite and professional.

Everything got fixed within 12 hours of calling. Water/ sewage backed up in my basement. Blake and Mike came out and were a great help!!!

They came in and prepped the house by covering doorways and fixtures, explained exactly what they were doing at each phase of the pipe replacement, and were quick for the big job we had for them. This company deserves a google review. Honestly best experience I've ever had. I was sleeping and woke up in the middle of the night to take my morning wiz and as I was walking to the bathroom all of a sudden I noticed water was coming out from the toilet so I turned off the water line and than i called mamba plumbing they came in about 30 minutes. They came and unclogged my toilet and the charged me a very low payment. I was so happy thank you mamba plumbing.

I had an initial assessment of my plumbing issues and was told they would cont me back in a few days to set up repairs. I never head back from them Subsequently two additional appointments were scheduled and they never showed or called.Very unprofessional!!!!

Mr. Rooter Plumbing offered us a wonderful service. The appointment scheduling, the reminder and everything related to customer service was outstanding! They fixed our Dishwasher in a couple of mins. Austin did a wonderful job fixing our issue and went above and beyond to find a solution for our problem. Its the first time I've needed a plumber in Windsor, and if I ever need it again, I wont hesitate calling Mr. Rooter. Great work, good price and awesome customer service!!
