Unfortunately I needed both Electrical and Plumbing checked out. Both teams were on time, professional, friendly, and thorough. I couldn’t ask for better service. I wish I could afford to get all done, but will have to do little at a time.

I had a big problem with the big drains in my house - the main cast iron stack was seriously cracked and leaking into the basement anytime water was used on the 2nd floor. Mark and his folks really helped me out. They showed up when they said they would. They gave me a fixed price and stuck to it. They cleaned up after themselves. They kept me up to date with their progress and they fixed my problem fast. It wasn't cheap, but it was a fair price and it was quality work.

I woke up one morning to see a leak in my living room ceiling. After trying many different plumbing services around me, with no luck, Waterwork Plumbing promptly responded to my call immediately and was very understanding of my situation and urgency, and sent out the crew the same day. The work was perfect. They opened up the drywall and found the leak at the exact spot, and they fixed it all for me within few hours. They explained the process the entire time, and kept me up to date. Their prices are great, and quality of work is even more amazing.

We had a back up in our basement, called Cregger and they came out the next day to snake the main drain. The tech ( who was very professional ) spent about 15 minutes. Once he saw water flow he pack up, changed me $295 and left. Less than 48 hours later we had the same problem. Called Cregger again and was told there was no warranty and they would charge me another $295 to come back. For that kind of money they should spend a little more time and send the snake all the way from the clean out to the street and also from the clean out into the house. Lesson learned for me, I went to Home Depot and rented a machine for $60 and did it myself. I am adding to this review to say thank you Cregger for reaching out after I wrote my review and offered a full refund. I do appreciate you making it right.

They had someone out in under 4 hours when everyone else was claiming 5 days availability. The technician was courteous and knowledgeable. The tech cleaned my drain and cleaned around him. Thank you mamba plumbing in Dearborn.

This company came out to attempt to fix a clogged drain. They cut the metal drain cap off the drain and didn’t have the decency to return it back to the way it was. Then he tells me that to fix the problem they need to replace the whole drain pipe in the basement and bust up some of my basement floor. Do not use this company very unprofessional! I reached out to them to tell him that he broke my cap and he yells at me proceeds to tell me to get another plumber to fix the cap
