Edit; Yes the fence was finally replaced several months later and I am happy now. Please in the future, try harder contacting all property's affected by your work. Emergencies are unforeseeable, but leaving adjoining owners in the dark about damages can be avoided. I still have to come out of my own pocket to replace the grass that was ruined. I should not have been affected by this at all, and since I have been, I should be made whole without hesitation.

Line seemed to be clear after the first trip, but the problem still existed the next day. Called city of Windsor and they checked their end of the sewage line, and said their end was good. Called Bubby’s again, and they looked inside the pipe with their camera. Apparently there was only a quarter size hole through where the plugged up section was.
Sooo, you’d think that there wouldn’t be a second charge for almost $500 to do the job right.
Not at all happy about them charging me again for what they didn’t fix the issue the first time around.

Thanks to Cregger for excellent work and above and beyond service. After our basement flooded and our furnace had been submerged we contacted Cregger to take a look and give an estimate. Carl was responsive, answered all my questions, and communicated promptly. Carl and Scott returned the very next day to install the new unit. Scott later followed up quickly and effectively when we called about a concern we had overnight; Monica, who we spoke to on the phone was super helpful. Every step of the way both guys were upbeat and friendly. We will unquestionably call Cregger again for not only our HVAC needs, but for plumbing, too!

Just had Tru-Flow at my house and they provided the best service ever, so happy I called. Had a clogged sewer line since Saturday and he got it cleared in no time. Had lots of knowledge to share.

Install a new toilet wax ring on a leaky toilet. Toilet continue to leak. So I tried to call and text Al and Demetrius numerous times. Went straight to voicemail. Never a call back and no response. So I had to pay another plumber to do the job right. What’s so interesting is that I was going to hire them to do a much larger job. I try and support my local business when I can. But when I do I get someone that’s trying to get over on people.

Had a new toilet installed by this outfit last year. During installation, their team broke a critical base piece (flange) that cost me hundreds extra on top of what they quoted me. I was stuck as they had already removed the old toilet and broke the flange, so I bit the bullet. Sure enough, not even a year later, the toilet constantly runs after flushing. Called to have them come out to fix and they want to charge me to even come out to look at fixing their own shoddy work. I chose Levine & Sons based on the good reviews, but would I suggest you beware of any company that has this degree of poor quality and doesn't even back up their own work!
