Unfortunately I am still waiting for emergency services after 12 hours. I was told two hours and when I tried to reconnect with them after that time period passed, the phone call went straight to voicemail and the mailbox was full.

Mr. Brock installed a new hot water heater for me. He assisted me in the type of heater that I should purchase. He picked the heater up from the store, brought it to my home and installed it. I was very pleased with his service. He was polite and very professional. He took time to answer all of my questions and made sure that I understood the work that he was doing in my home. He had to turn my gas off, so he made sure that all of my gas appliances were working properly before he left. It was a pleasure to have Mr. Brock take care of my concerns with my hot water heater. He also took the time to take care of a leak under my kitchen sink. I am senior citizen, who lives alone, I was very comfortable with Mr. Brock, working in my home. I would definitely recommend him. His prices were reasonable and fair.
