Amazing experience! Wesley was on time. Walked around and did a through investigation after I let him know our chief complaints. We had a LONG list. Lol and he broke everything down in different possible packages. Wasnt pushy in the slightest. Very polite and explained everything wonderfully. Looking forward to doing more bussiness with Hoover!

Border line criminal!! Because of health issues I called to have a simple job done. Communication and response were prompt. I asked to have one copper line cut, a compression fitting, shut-off valve and flex line installed and connected to existing bathroom faucet. I was quoted, $89. for visit, $289. for above work, plus parts plus tax. PLUS $200. to go in the crawl space and turn off main water supply. I went and got the parts, went in the crawl space, installed the parts and turned the water back on in roughly ONE HOUR!!!! And Mark wanted almost $700. for the same work, not to mention trying to talk me into other needless work. Like I said, borderline criminal. Never, ever call again!

They showed up within 20 minutes and had my issue fixed within an hour or so. Thank you very much for service!

Our service was done by Blake, after 2 other failed plumbers it was great to finally be able to have flowing water he resolved the issue in about an hour :) Very polite, very professional, I recommend Roto-Rooter and if possible ask for Jake to fix your plumbing problems.

The young man got here in less tga2 30 minutes, looked at my problem, gave me options within my budget and finished in.<1hr. He was also very nice to my 3 yr. old grandson who had an arsenal of questions.

Just got a new furance and central air installed. Don, the technician, was great.
He noticed a few things with our old furnance's connection to the ducts that explained why our furnace was always running in the winter.

I had mention that my laundry sink was backed up the operator told me that it didn’t matter and that they had the tools for the job but as soon as someone got here they did not have the correct tools . When I mentioned that the drain might be clogged the plumber told me since I know some much about plumbing why I didn’t do it and he insisted that my cement needed to be busted up before even tryin to figure out the simple solution . Long story short I took the pipe that was under the sink aloose and it was just clogged this place is a scam.

They came out the day I called for the estimate and did the job the next morning. Excellent job.

Derek Was Very Helpful & Fast I Love His Service

First, I wouldn't leave any stars but I don't have that choice. The company came out at 4:00 to replace an above ground 1 foot section of PVC. The work took less than 20 minutes. He gave us a $190 bill. When asked why it was so high he said it was to pay for his overtime. Mind you, he came out at 4pm on a Wednesday. We were not told in advance that we had to pay overtime charges. Their Yellow Page ad states they will tell a person the charge before doing the work. My husband called, talked to Tim who gave us the overtime speech again. Tim said the parts were $20 and Tim had to pay the guy to go get the parts. He did leave to get the parts. He went right to his truck that was parked in our driveway. To shut us up Tim agreed to refund $35, which he would mail to us that same day. My husband has been calling to find out if the check is in the mail. Tim claims he mailed it out but when asked what address he mailed it to he didn't know. He said he would look it up and call back. He didn't call back so my husband, Randy called him. Tim asked what our address was. Randy asked him if he mailed the check he should know the address. Tim then came up with the wrong address. Tim's exact words were This is too much bull€*_# for $35.00. According to Tim he now has to wait for the check to clear the bank, yep, the check we never received. If he DID mail it to the wrong address and someone there cashed it, not our problem. Yes, $35.00 might not seem like a lot of money to him but on my paycheck that is 3 hours I have to work. He did send us a card for 20% off of our next job. If we were to call them back, which we won't be, he would probably jack the price up 25% to give us a 20% discount. He was very unprofessional, rude and kept blowing us off. After all, his words, it is only $35. Next call to the BBB.
