Our family had an issue with a toilet that was poorly installed by a non-professional. The toilet was out of order due to an internal issue in the area of the toilet that holds the water prior to flushing. It was spraying water on the inside and wasn't properly filling and shutting off. Upon searching online and seeing Plumbing Now come up in search results as being highly rated and a quality business, we gave them a phone call. They promptly and courteously picked up and told us they'd give us a phone call about ten minutes from arrival. Mark Beaudoin, owner of Plumbing Now, showed up at our doorstep soon after the ten minute notice. He was professionally dressed and wore a mask due to the COVID-19 pandemic. He quickly was able to inspect the toilet and diagnose the issue with ease. He clearly was a professional. He knew what was wrong, what needed to be fixed, and promptly gave us a cost. He charged our family an extremely reasonable cost to repair the toilet. We agreed and within seconds he got back into his truck, got out the needed supplies he needed to make the repair, and within 10 minutes he had corrected said issue and ensured there were no other major issues that needed immediate attention. He was kind and respectful and very knowledgeable. If you want something done right and fast, he's your guy. The icing on the cake is that it's a locally owned business since 1993! What better way to support our neighbours during a pandemic than by using their services! We need more quality service professionals like Mark! Give him a call and get back to your day! Johnny came immediately (15min) after I called. It was after hours (after 5pm), so it was great that he was able to make it to my house so quick, especially during rush hour. Johnny unclogged my toilet within minutes. Service was quick, great, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them!

Technician Jerry/ jay service was very excellent.
He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
My main drain was clogged up caused flooded basements and I call waterwork plumbing in Frendale on Saturday and Jerry show up to my house within hour and took his time to do the job and very friendly explain me everything he done.

I have used Tru Flo twice since I bought my house. The first time was okay however a little pricey. He did suggest putting in a sewer access in my backyard to help if any more issues occurred. That was very helpful. Fast forward almost 2 years and the tree roots came back full force. So had to call back and request service. WILL is the plumber that came out. He was very professional and got the job done quick and even said he would come back out if anything else. He Fixed it so didn't have to call back. They said they would be out in an hour or less. They kept there word. With the new access from last time made it easier and faster. I would highly recommend Will and Tru Flo Plumbing. Not sure what the 1st plumber name was but if you call ask for WILL. I guarantee you will be very happy with his work and professionalism. He told me a price before starting and kept his word to the penny!!!! You can even use coupons. Look in the phone book.
