I called Plumbing Now over the weekend for my parents who are in their 80's. I was out of town & have never used them before so I wasn't sure what to expect.
I am so thankful that they were able to go right away & take such good care of them. They took the time to explain everything to my parents every step of the way so that they fully understood what was happening.
It is nice to know you can call someone you can trust, specially when you aren't able to be there.

Horrible customer service. Dishonest business practice. Was told I would get a call from the owner about a way that an employee spoke to me over the phone about the services. This employee was a plumber with the company. While on the phone with me he used vulgar language and false accusations. The company had no issue taking me call and my money. The story, the pricing, and rhe service i received was very different from the services I requested. When i tried to work with the company to find a solution, the customer service rep for the company led me to believe she was concerned as i was. Til this day i have no received even a courtesy call. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Had a very complicated and complex plumbing issue in an older building in Hamtramck. Ron was the man for the job! Every other plumber we brought was confused, but Ron took the time to understand how the system worked and got the job done timely, professionally, and at a cost effective price. Great guy. Technician Jerry/ jay service was very excellent.
He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
My main drain was clogged up caused flooded basements and I call waterwork plumbing in Frendale on Saturday and Jerry show up to my house within hour and took his time to do the job and very friendly explain me everything he done.

Used Brock Plumbing to. replace and install water heaterwhen basement was flooded. He did a great job and even helped with FEMA paperwork 👍🏽

Terrible with warranty repairs. I've been waiting 2 weeks for a major leak in one of my pipes. No shower, no bathroom at all in the upstairs. I'm not sure how fast they are for regular repairs.

This company was subcontracted by my contractor to do all new supply lines and some other jobs like moving the washer hook-up in my home. This was almost 2 years ago. I am just writing the review now because of the fact that almost everything they did has been redone since, they did poor work and nothing was to code. Everytime I have a plumbing issue it is because of this. Today, I am having my hot water heater replaced and the pex to copper connection is not up to code. I have had cracked fittings and leaks at several connection points as well. They couldn't even replace a shower head without it leaking within a month. Would not consider using them at all if I were you!
