Mike the owner is, one of the most cordial, prompt, accommodating professionals I've had the pleasure of doing business with. In my discourse with him regarding the plumbing issue, Mike assessed the problem and proceeded to explain what was needed and how he would resolve it. I can say he's more like a doctor with great bedside manners....So if you know like I know, his kind, are few and far between. Lastly, the employee that was with him was outstanding as well.

Tough company to do business with. We were not actually able to have this company come out to service our drain. Call on Saturday morning and only after 6 no answers we get told they can come out Monday and to text address. No problem. Come Monday, no calls. After we call 3 times we get an answer. They can come out Wednesday. I called 6 times because this company is local to SWD and I always want to support local businesses. They may be great at plumbing but they are struggling logistically.

We had no hot water over thanksgiving! Matthew came out the next morning! He is very knowledgeable and you can tell he knows what he’s doing! We’ve had our share of scammers and people that pretend to know what they’re doing! He was able to fix it and buy us some time as we will need to replace our old water heater soon. Honesty and quality of the work is very important to us! Mathew did a great job... we are now shopping for a new water heater with labor cost because we don’t like to overpay! ... we would definitely trust Levine and sons installing our new water heater if they give us a reasonable price! We are hoping for a good deal!

very bad customer service took my money never showed up I called many times from my cell from work he answered and hangs up on me. he took $229.00 he never did the job and he never called back or answered any of my phone call. DO NOT CALL THIS GUY FOR YOUR NEEDS.
