I had called a company in hazel park and they told me they didn't come to the Detroit... ain't the something.

Absolutely outstanding, had an issue after removing floor tiles in the kitchen with a somewhat hidden pipe. Looks like the old, not used dishwasher pipe got nicked and sprung a very fine spray. Called Buddy's after hours, got a call back almost immediately, and was on-site within 30 minutes. Issue fixed within 20 minutes after arriving. We were so grateful, tech went over and above. Thanks.

I am in the middle of a kitchen renovation and needed to have plumbing and gas lines relocated. The gentleman that come out to do the work was very knowledgeable and very professional. He noticed some issues that weren’t up to code and repaired them at no additional cost. He was very courteous and cleaned up after he was done. I think their price was fair based on the work I had done.

Ernie is how other contractors should be. I have had him work on my house twice now for different plumbing problems and he did an excellent job both times.

As a bonus he also never left a mess (unlike other contractors) and shows up when he says he will. Finally a contractor that you don't have to harass to show up at your place.

Given the current circumstances, was unsure if we’d be able to get anyone out. WaterWork had their tech Mark out just a few hours later. He offered a thorough assessment of the work he would be doing and installed our new hot water heater in a quality and timely manner.
