Best Main Drain Cleaning in Detroit MI

BUYER BEWARE - For those that may use Nelson for filming your pipes be aware that film isn't yours unless you download it and save it on your own devices. I paid extremely good money for this service and they sent video via a dropbox service. Today I heard how I should have known that drobbox only stores stuff for a short period of time.No clear expectation setting from Nelson Brothers. I spent over $800 dollars and was tapped to do repairs film indicated and intended to do as I was able. I am now able and tried to access video to no avail.Nelson had an oh well' attitude and has lost a customer who not only used this for this but also in rentals I had. Very disappointed by the lack of empathy, customer support. Buyer Beware and ask the right questions or get the best understanding you can.

BUT I'm still giving it 4 stars because both times I called to book/cancel the lady taking my call was amazing which will make me keep them in mind for any future issues (hopefully none lol)

Technician Jerry/ jay service was very excellent.
He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
My main drain was clogged up caused flooded basements and I call waterwork plumbing in Frendale on Saturday and Jerry show up to my house within hour and took his time to do the job and very friendly explain me everything he done.
I really appreciated Jerry/ jay awesome customer service.

People. This company is extremely unprofessional. In the past, I called this company to schedule someone out and they never came. In 2015 and 2018, same person over the phone and same result. I find this company unethically and disrespectful. I dont doubt their work, however their customer service and follow through is that of the poor quality.

I have used Mango several times. I would request Frank next time. Smart, friendly, and kind (showed me which way my furnace filter should go)..Super nice guy--I wish I had thought to tip him......

I had an issue and called 2 other companies in regards to my issue with a hot water valve that wont turn off and would leak water. I called Mr. Rooter for help and they came 20 min later but no other plumbers even got back to me at all after ive been chasing them for help. I ended up getting Jeff as my plumbing tech. He was very open to me about what are my options. After driving across town to get the part for me i was very glad that someone cared about my situation. I was very glad to get Jeff's help and expert knowledge. He finished everything in a blink of an eye. Any employer should be glad to have this man under their belt. If I had a business, people like Jeff is what we need more of both for a buisness and consumers aspect. I wouldnt change anything that happened today. Not only does he deserves a raise financial but im sure that good thinks will come his way for this guy in his future. Regradless of the comany he works for it was him that made the experience amazing and make the company shine with his personal skill and plumbing perfections.

The plumber arrived to my home at our scheduled time. He was equipped and preppared to do the job. He was very pleasant to talk with and seemed very knowlegeable of what needed to be done.I recommend this company to anyone in need of plumbing work. I will use their services in the future.
