I really had lost all hope till the superheroes at Plumbing Now came to the rescue. Mark specifically was able to help put my worries to rest as they offered to come out on Christmas Day! of all days and take time out of his Holidays so that I could have mine. Kevin D was the second technician that came to my home for the clogged drain in my kitchen. He was polite, pleasant, confident and knowledgeable about his job. He was efficient and did not stop until he got the job done and done right. He answered any questions I asked about how to prevent the same problem from recurring. What I appreciate most is that he cleaned up the area under my sink where he had some spillage of dirty water, that is what I call professionalism and taking pride of his work.

My 20-year-old faucet and garbage disposal recently began to misbehave, corrode and leak. Water noticibly leaked under the sink and down to the basement. I saw the Motor City Plumbing ad and made an appointment. Their technician came out and temporarily repaired the pipes until I had a chance to purchase new faucet. Another technician, Esteban, came out today for 2nd appointment and replaced our kitchen faucet, garbage disposal and did a quick repair on our bathroom faucet.

My grandmother was in desperate need of a plumber, she previously had some work done. She was OVER CHARGED and they made the problem worse than it originally was by breaking a cable off in the sewer line and never disclosed that information to her. I was referred to Brock’s plumbing by a friend. My worry was that she would be ripped off again. Mr. Ray of Brock’s plumbing came in and ran a camera through the sewer and told us what the problem was. He explained everything so that my grandmother and I understood. if I recall his name correctly, Isaiah was our engineer. He performed our flush and repair quickly, with minimal interruption to the business. We discussed additional solutions to a few ongoing issues and will likely be going forward with them in the near future

Great service! Sent a service request overnight. They responded first thing in the morning and had a technician (Nico) at our home at 9AM. He was professional, courteous, quick and thorough. He explained exactly what he was doing and why. Highly recommend!
