Border line criminal!! Because of health issues I called to have a simple job done. Communication and response were prompt. I asked to have one copper line cut, a compression fitting, shut-off valve and flex line installed and connected to existing bathroom faucet. I was quoted, $89. for visit, $289. for above work, plus parts plus tax. PLUS $200. to go in the crawl space and turn off main water supply. I went and got the parts, went in the crawl space, installed the parts and turned the water back on in roughly ONE HOUR!!!! And Mark wanted almost $700. for the same work, not to mention trying to talk me into other needless work. Like I said, borderline criminal. Never, ever call again!

We highly recommend this crew to anyone. I came to them while they were working on a neighbors issue. They were friendly and professional. They came in and prepped the house by covering doorways and fixtures, explained exactly what they were doing at each phase of the pipe replacement, and were quick for the big job we had for them. Once they were done, they cleaned up the mess and made sure we were happy with the results. If you want quality work at a fair price, you found the right company!

We noticed our hot water was not working. My husband flushed the hot water tank and there was not much sediment from the flush water. We then called Bubby's plumbing and set up an appointment for the next day for them to come and look at our mixing valve which we believe had failed. Nick came out the next day and was within the window his office gave us. The mixing valve had indeed failed and was in need of replacement. He had to use his heavy tools to detach it from the plumbing lines, but after a short while the mixing valve had been replaced and Nick even tested the water temp at the basement sink with his meter. :D Thank you for your assistance on this! We will certainly call Bubby's plumbing again in the future when we need their help. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with and so helpful!

after having a negative experience with a local family-owned plumbing company, a friend recommended Cregger instead. everyone I spoke with, from the office to the guys who came and worked on my issue (a broken pipe under the crawl that led to sewage overflow into the crawl space) was professional and friendly. best of all, they got the job done. I will definitely use them the next time I have a plumbing issue, and recommend them to anyone local who needs a good plumber!

Received a second opinion from this company and felt confident in choosing them. After doing so I realize that hind sight is 20/20. We were told that our main sewer in the basement had collapsed and the floor needed to be jack hammered so it could be replaced. When the job was completed the problem was still there and this time it was described as tree roots in the line located in the back yard. Also we went from needing the carpet cleaned from water intrusion near the laundry room doorway to having raw sewage tracked through the basement and stairway. After much controversy and arguing with the owner he took a small amount of money off the additional work because his workers failed to maintain a clean work space. Now that the snow is melting it's unfortunate of the condition of the yard deep ruts and large clumps of dirt every where including on my central air unit. Also visible now the my sons large wooden sand box that they moved and broke in several places. After contacting the company again and letting them know about the newly discovered damage it was explained to us that it's in the contract that their not responsible for anything, worst part of that is i didn't see said contract until after the work was complete and that was just an invoice. In a vacuum the workers tell you that you wont even know we were here when we're done which proves to be incorrect and the owner is very combative when things are brought to his attention.
