I woke up one morning to see a leak in my living room ceiling. After trying many different plumbing services around me, with no luck, Waterwork Plumbing promptly responded to my call immediately and was very understanding of my situation and urgency, and sent out the crew the same day. The work was perfect. They opened up the drywall and found the leak at the exact spot, and they fixed it all for me within few hours. They explained the process the entire time, and kept me up to date. Their prices are great, and quality of work is even more amazing.

My husband called Mango Plumbing to come out and quote moving our washer and dryer to the basement, which requires gas line and water line work. We waited 2 weeks from them to come out and quote since it wasn't urgent. A guy came and looked around and said he would call with a quote the next day. Unfortunately after calling them for 3 days they finally called and said since they are so busy they are not interested in doing our work. Very unprofessional on their end. Will not call again in the future.

AJ was very courteous and professional. He explained to us, how exactly he was going to do the work.
After the job was complete he cleaned his area. He also answered any questions that we had asked him. We are completely satisfied with his work and are glad we contacted Mamba Plumbing & Sewer.

Just had Tim & Jack from Motor City Plumbing over today and wanted to share some thoughts:

Like the first time we reached out to Motor City, they were super responsive. Perhaps we got lucky, but they were over within 30 minutes of us calling. The guys were great - informative, quick, personable, and capable. Within an hour of the guys showing up, our new sump pump was up-and-running, and the minor basement flood we had was on its way out (Bye!).

Also (and importantly), they did not gouge us when they so totally could have - much appreciated, especially considering the crummy day we had. We will not hesitate to reach out to Motor City the next time we have a plumbing issue. Thank you, Tim & Jack!

DO NOT HIRE! The plumber showed up at my house without confirming a time with us beforehand. He charged us $95 to plunge our drain and was there for a total of 5 minutes tops. They only allow Zelle payments (which take 1-3 days) and then called me several times to ask why they hadn’t received the money yet, when it hadn’t even been 24 hours since the service. When they called for the 4th time (still less than 24 hours after service) I cancelled the payment and tried another transaction, hoping it would go through quicker. When they didn’t receive the payment they showed up on my front porch!!! No phone call, no notice, just came over unannounced like they were loan sharks. Very unprofessional. Very inappropriate.

The tech they sent out was knowledgeable, quick, and courteous. It looks like quality work. Price was a bit steep, though.

Complete Plumbing Services installed a new water heater and we couldn't be happier. They were on time and on budget. They quoted us a price for installation and that's exactly what it was. Everything is up to code and you can bet we will call them for all of our future plumbing problems.

Would never again recommend this plumber him and his employee came to my house said pipe was Calapsed and charge me 3500 and left. Then my basement had water in it the next day and had to call Roto Rooter to come fix it I called his phone and he just blocked me. Roto Rooter showed me he just broke up a place in my basement and put Quick Crete over the spot. There was not even a pipe where he claimed the repair was. The sad part of it I gave this company many of referrals. Shawn Junkin I hope the 3500+ the 125 for snaking and doing nothing did something for you I tried contacting you you blocked me I tried sending you a refund for 3500 through Venmo for you to refund my money you deleted your Venmo I ask you why do you have bad reviews you tell me they’re from an ex well I’m not an ex but I am going to let everyone know You became a scam
