2022-11-10: Looks like I can't create a new review without overwriting the previous entry, so I'll keep adding on to it. Brandon and his assistant did a great job repairing the cracked pipe in the basement. As you can imagine, it's not an easy task: Break open the floor to reach the problem area, remove the old pipe, prepare the ground for the new pipe, and so much more to bring this old house's plumbing up to code. It's not a cheap job, but it was done right, and the team was great to deal with. I continue to be a satisfied customer. Thanks again.2022-10-31: I hope this review doesn't overwrite my previous one. I've been relying on Cregger Plumbing ever since my wife and I moved into this house in 2020. A few weeks ago, I called them to do an annual check on our pipes and sewer lines. Good thing, too; the camera uncovered a cracked pipe. That's going to be another job I'll hire them for. Earlier this year, I bought a new furnace, AC unit and water from them, too. The team installed everything without any issues. I have no qualms about recommending this company.

Kevin D was the second technician that came to my home for the clogged drain in my kitchen. He was polite, pleasant, confident and knowledgeable about his job. He was efficient and did not stop until he got the job done and done right. He answered any questions I asked about how to prevent the same problem from recurring. What I appreciate most is that he cleaned up the area under my sink where he had some spillage of dirty water, that is what I call professionalism and taking pride of his work.

Our water heater sprung a leak over the weekend. Called Plumbing Techs of Michigan and a few hours into the following Monday, they came out and installed a brand new water heater. Within 48 hours of discovering the issue, our problem was resolved. Great service, great knowledge and insight, great pricing. Would highly recommend!
