Prompt service and polite plumber but a very simple tub and sink unclog was quite expensive without another option at that moment I paid the cost which initially left me not terribly satisfied for which I let the office know and the The owner, Mark, called the same day of the service to let me know he would review the job done to the cost and contacted me personally the next day and offered to provide another Job to be completed free of charge to ensure 100% satisfaction. I appreciated the review and the offer. I have 2 jobs and 4 kids so my time is limited in availability for service work which can make it difficult to shop around and wait on work to be done. A very professional response. Thank you!

Johnny came immediately (15min) after I called. It was after hours (after 5pm), so it was great that he was able to make it to my house so quick, especially during rush hour. Johnny unclogged my toilet within minutes. Service was quick, great, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them!

Mike the owner is, one of the most cordial, prompt, accommodating professionals I've had the pleasure of doing business with. In my discourse with him regarding the plumbing issue, Mike assessed the problem and proceeded to explain what was needed and how he would resolve it. I can say he's more like a doctor with great bedside manners....So if you know like I know, his kind, are few and far between. Lastly, the employee that was with him was outstanding as well.

Most important, the workmanship was grade A.

This company deserves a google review. Honestly best experience I've ever had. I was sleeping and woke up in the middle of the night to take my morning wiz and as I was walking to the bathroom all of a sudden I noticed water was coming out from the toilet so I turned off the water line and than i called mamba plumbing they came in about 30 minutes. They came and unclogged my toilet and the charged me a very low payment. I was so happy thank you mamba plumbing.

This company came out to attempt to fix a clogged drain. They cut the metal drain cap off the drain and didn’t have the decency to return it back to the way it was. Then he tells me that to fix the problem they need to replace the whole drain pipe in the basement and bust up some of my basement floor. Do not use this company very unprofessional! I reached out to them to tell him that he broke my cap and he yells at me proceeds to tell me to get another plumber to fix the cap
