Best Electric Water Heater in Detroit MI

If you are elderly they will lie to you in hopes of getting money from you. It is the most shameful thing I’ve ever witnessed.

We had a great experience with Cregger. Timely, communicative, clean. A great company to work with and we highly recommend them. Matthew, the plumber who came out initially, was so incredibly kind and thorough in explaining everything to us. The 2 plumbers that came out to finish the job were incredibly fast, clean and considerate. We would definitely recommend Cregger for the future.

American home shield contracted home service corporation to fix our boiler. We were having issues with the boiler not turning off. Our initial appointment was with Justin. Justin was very friendly and professional. He thought the problem was a bad thermostat however upon replacing the thermostat he triple checked the unit and noticed there was also a problem with one of the valves. He unfortunately did not have the valve on his truck but put in an order to get it ASAP. We then had Murad come out with the new valve 2 days later. Scheduling a second visit went very smoothly and they offer a good selection of times. Murad was also very friendly and professional. He was running a bit late but I was well informed of this. It was nice to have someone reach out to let me know he was running behind, it showed the company really cares about their customers. Overall, I would contact them again for any future problems. Thank you Home Service corp !

Michael was nice and professional and he got the job done when considering he was working with pipes and handles that are 50+ years old.

I had a shower leak, spoke to them (Mike) over the phone told them exactly what the issue was and asked for a quote. I doubled check to see if they could do a shower remodel and he assured me that they could. They (yes there were two of them to get a quote) came in when I was not home and convinced my wife that they need to cut the kitchen ceiling to see what the problem was. After cutting it they agreed with what I told them and said that they could not fix it and I would need to contact someone else. Furthermore they charged me $75 dollars to cut a hole in the ceiling after all said and done.

Will never use these guys again for anything.

These guys are a joke. I had them out to do what should have been a simple job for a plumber. The guy I had out said he was missing his tools. What? Shouldn't you have the right tools with you to do the job? They missed the appointment day 2 times. No organizational skills at all. Sorry guys......no recommendation here!

I have to compliment Andrea first & foremost for representing Nowicki's in such a friendly, courteous & professional manner!!! She even provided a courtesy call to advise of Justin's ETA!
Justin was my repair technician & he was just as courteous & professional, advising me every step of the way in terms of what was required to get the issue repaired & more importantly how much it would cost. Justin did a great job, in a timely manner, wore protective booties & used appropriate drop clothes where he worked the repairs. I was very pleased with Nowicki's Plumbing and would highly recommend them to anyone! They even came out to Dearborn!
