Big Time Plumbing And Sewer Drain Cleaning Services

I contacted Big Time Plumbing and Sewer Draining today because I had a clog somewhere, a few leaks and a broken sink. Sounds like a lot right. Well let me tell you. That was just the reason I called them. I also had a broken furnace and hot water tank. A few broken doors and awful carpet. Let me remind that I only called in regards to my plumbing issues. Within a couple of hours James and his wife were at my door. Two of the nicest people. They were very professional. They didn't waste anytime figuring out what my problems were and got right to work. They answered all of my questions and explained everything to me. In the midst of general conversation I mention that my furnace was out and I'd been taken advantage of by a previous contractor. James offered to take a look at it and told me he also does furnace repair. Within minutes we had heat! I said well I also need my hot water tank looked at if you know about that. Sure enough this guy took a look and explained what the problem was. He will be replacing our hot water tank tomorrow. His wife checked out our doors and carpet. She explained to me that they do it all and showed me their work. Within 2 hours my plumbing issues were resolved and my furnace was fixed. Tomorrow our hot water tank will be replaced. I was previously told that I would have to get a new furnace and hot water tank. James quoted me a price that was 1/3 of previous estimates. I would recommend them for all of your home improvement needs. They are very honest and informative. Their prices are beyond reasonable. Their work was amazing and they finished very quickly but professionally. Don't get me wrong it wasn't a rush job. They will be installing new doors and carpets for us in the next week or so and I won't ever call anyone else for my home repairs. I literally cried. These people were truly a God send. I recommend them to everyone and above anyone else. They are they best!

Jim came out when no one else could for us for a last minute emergency on a Sunday night. We were so very grateful. He came at the estimated time of arrival given to us by the disbatcher, so he was very timely. He was very professional in demeanor and knew right away what was wrong and fixed it. Just be aware the company charges a flat rate (which is great it is not per thing tried or per hour) but they do accept only cash or cash app as payment methods.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS CONTRACTOR!

James started off great, answered his phone promptly, and answered all of my questions. He is a good salesman and a smooth talker! I contracted him to do a job which included switching some valves in kitchen and installing 2 shower valves/ heads, in each of the units of the multi family that I own, along with jacking up a rear porch for the amount of $4100. We agreed on a $2500 deposit and the balance to be paid on completion, along with permits and approval of city inspection. Half way through the project he contacts me and claims he has run out of funds and needs another payment of $1000 to pull permits and complete the work. I sent him the money at his request, foolishly. Since then he has not been back to the property. Neither of the 2 showers were completed. No permits were filed, and the rear porch was never jacked up. The absolute worst part is the manner in which James and his crew left property. I have attached pictures below as a reference. I had just had new flooring installed throughout apartment, nothing was covered, there was paint and compound along with mess from construction left on floors throughout both units. Who works like this? I've called several times with no answer. I hope that you will do the right thing James and contact me to finish work that you have been paid for.

James did a beautiful job installing my chandelier. He was quick, fast, and efficient. He installed it in under 30 minutes. I look forward to working with him in the future and would highly recommend his services.

He came out to my grandmother home and repair the kitchen sink faucet I originally had called him to come out to snake my basement and he did the services for my kitchen and an excellent job in my basement on sneaking it out the water is going down in my basement now they have not back backup at all now he did an excellent job I will use him again and referred him to other people thank you so much for your services.

I called them for a sewer back up and they came right out and had professional equipment. They were on time and freed up my line quickly right at the source of the problem. Big time plumbing is not what you want James came to do plumbing in bathroom in my basement claim he needed the money up front cause that’s how he does his jobs because of pass business so he was paid $5800 cash completed the plumbing and left bathroom unfinished never returned

Beware of this guy, takes your money doesn't complete what he said and then asks for more money. Big scam.

This Company Big Time Plumbing, Came out to my Ecorse home and did a fantastic job on Repairing my frozen Busted pipes. They were here fixed the problem quick and fast and was determined to get my water back on. Thanks Big Time Plumbing. Highly recommend.

They came out same day and were able to address an issue for one of my rental homes at an affordable price.  Being active duty military, it is difficult finding a reputable company to get the job done right while I'm out of state.  I am absolutely satisfied with their work and I've found my new go to company for any future home improvement needs.

This company offered me a price that was $200 cheaper than another company. However, they wanted to be paid $1,100 in cash up front. When I offered to follow them to Home Depot and to put the parts on my charge, they still wanted to be paid $1,000 in cash up front. I told them that I would pay half up front and the other half when they completed the job. They then turned down the job. I thank them for doing so. A reputable company never asks to be paid cash up front and expects the client to trust them to leave to get parts and come back to complete the job. Customers beware!

Guaranteed their work before they came after saying they won’t pull the snake off the truck before being paid. Came made a complete mess didn’t clean up and fixed nothing. Take your plumbing issues elsewhere with guys that actually know what they are doing. They didn’t even access the situation brought their snake in ran it for 20 mins and couldn’t make the turn in the pipe so said we had to tear the backyard up for $2500 to fix a collapsed pipe. Another plumber came out accessed the situation put a PLUNGER on the main and cleared it in 2 secs. And apparently blocking my number was the right thing to do when I asked for a refund
