New review (1/2020)I have used Cregger several times and have reviewed them previously (see original post below) but felt the need to review again. This morning I discovered that my toilet was leaking from the base. I called Cregger and they had someone out a few hours later to fix the issue! Danny was kind, professional, and helpful. He quickly diagnosed the issue and quoted a fair price. When he began the fix, the leak was more extensive than he anticipated but he still honored the original quote. He explained exactly what was required and quickly fixed the issue. I've also been having some problems with my sink so while he was there I asked Danny to take a look. After looking at the sink he provided an estimate to permanently fix the issue, and also tightened a few connections to help in the near term with the leak (all at no additional charge). Danny was great! As was Cregger, I will continue to use them for my plumbing issues!Original Review (4/2019)Had a slight leak in the water line into my hot water heater. Cregger came out and diagnosed the problem, then sent a quote the next day. I was also having an issue with my toilet, and the tech (Jeff) looked at that while he was there free of charge. The next day I had several questions for Jeff about the quote, and the customer service was great! Cregger had Jeff call me and he spent almost 10 minutes answering all my questions. I never felt rushed and I felt like he truly cared about helping me fix the problem. We had Jeff come out a few days later to do the work and he fixed everything! Even took care of one other small request free of charge, even though it wasn't part of the quote! Great customer service, and Jeff was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Will be using Cregger again for future plumbing issues.

Plumbing. Great. Timely. Professional

I had water backing up into my sink and we called and had Mango Plumbing come out. They cleared the initial clog and reported their is a second blockage behind the first. The tech told us the snake was being blocked by something in the drain. Possibly the drain pipe broke due to age. They didn't have the time or tools to continue fixing this larger problem which is understandable. This is where our problem began.
3 different times I called to schedule the return visit. They would say they will call back each time and never do. The reason we called and paid was never resolved. I still have a sink I can't use after we paid $275 to have the clog removed (clearly in hindsight we should not have paid this until the drain was fully running. It felt right at the time to pay for the work done up to that time).

After a week, we've had to call and pay another company to survey the problem. Which means I have to pay another company to snake, and camera because no one is going to do work without diagnosing the problem.
I would recommend finding a company that can complete the whole job so you don't have to pay to have the same work to be done twice.

If you had a basic clog, and it turns out to be nothing more then that. Yeah they are fine and the people that come out are nice.

McCrone Plumbing did a great job. Answered all our questions and gave recommendations for service when they were replacing sub pump. They found a few issues which we will be having them back to take care of. Polite, professional and great to deal with. Highly recommend.

Horrible! I called and was told someone would be out between an hr and a hr and a half, almost 3 hrs later I haven’t heard from anyone!

$120 to light the pilot to the hot water heater. It’s a push button really? That is ridiculous.

I don't even want to give this business 1 star, but in order to provide this review, I have to give it at least a star. I would never get Windsor Emergency Plumbing to do any work for me ever again. I was charged an hour of labour just for the plumber to get to our house out in the county, when upon inquiring if they come out to the county, I was advised yes they do -with no additional charge.

In addition to the hour of labour I was charged for the plumber to drive to my house, I was also charged approx. $30 for truck expenses, and an additional 4.1% of the total bill for more truck expenses. Needless to say, for the one guy to install a faucet, it was $230. Not worth it.

Please do not support this business. Total shadiness.

He came out to my grandmother home and repair the kitchen sink faucet I originally had called him to come out to snake my basement and he did the services for my kitchen and an excellent job in my basement on sneaking it out the water is going down in my basement now they have not back backup at all now he did an excellent job I will use him again and referred him to other people thank you so much for your services.

I used Rab Malik from Drain Man Plumbing when I did renovations to my house in Windsor. My basement was unfinished and had no rough in. They completed all the drain work and water lines to the basement washroom and replaced all the old plumbing in the rest of the house as well. They replaced bathtubs kitchen sinks, toilets, showers and many more.

Rab is a trust worthy individual especially when I live 400 km away and getting work done remotely. His and his team completed work within agreed timelines to my absolute satisfaction. I have no hesitation to hire him for another job
