First time customer here and I am impressed. Jen on the phone was polite and worked with me and my super busy schedule to find a time that worked. Mark was awesome, he helped us fix a clogged septic pipe today and he was so courteous and professional. He patiently answered all of my questions. We will definitely use Bubby's again and again. So much better than other companies we have used in the past.

I had a toilet drain backup occur I called several plumbing Co.. 1st of all Roulo’s Plumbing gave me a estimate that was reasonable and didn’t give me a big different price once they saw the job. This Company saved me.Cregger Plumbing, Heating & Cooling SAVED ME AT LAST MINUTE. I cannot thank Kyleigh, Matt, and Ryan enough. They came to replace all my galvanized pipes in home with PEX. They were professional and respected me as well as my home. That meant a lot.At first I went with another local plumber I had used in the past. They dropped the ball and left me in a bad situation. I had arranged this over a month prior.July 18 2023 Cregger Plumbing, Heating & Cooling was called. Time was of essence due to time off work to get this done. Reviews were positive, Family owned 3rd generation. This is what I look for.This company was Professional, courteous, and respectful of my home. Job was done the following week in one day. The basement floors were cleaned with no sign they were even there. My invoice was HALF the cost of the other company. Will use them again with no hesitation. Nice clean water now. Thank you for going out of your way for me. I am so happy with the work you did.

Contacted Jacob Ripplinger- Rinnai Tankless Pros for an estimate on a boiler and tankless replacement-install, promised in 2 weeks which I did not receive, then requesting the status of the quote ,he said he would have it out within a week .60 days has passed and he never sent the estimate or a response , just went dark,. My experience is that if they can't even get an estimate out and-or communicate they will not perform on the job. Pros? I don't think so.

Job completed. Was told receipt was going to be emailed. Never received.

This company came out to attempt to fix a clogged drain. They cut the metal drain cap off the drain and didn’t have the decency to return it back to the way it was. Then he tells me that to fix the problem they need to replace the whole drain pipe in the basement and bust up some of my basement floor. Do not use this company very unprofessional! I reached out to them to tell him that he broke my cap and he yells at me proceeds to tell me to get another plumber to fix the cap

They did their job fast. Although they took days to come in.
